I’m so glad you didn’t have any problems of this sort. In the US, one in 21 men will be a victim of forcible rap3 while serving their sentences, according to official statistics. Unofficially, it is estimated the number is higher.
Lol first time I done this circuit ( we never rested we would jog a lap of the gym in between sets and start n finish with 3 laps) I managed one lap- after a few wks I was smashing it out twice a week: Olympic bar ( 20kg) - after 5 years doing this I had one regret, I didn't start 18 months sooner. Came out as fit as a butchers dog- prison is a state of mind my advice read plenty of books and hit that gym at often as poss & do 2 ( or more) circuits a wk- too many spend every moment working on low reps heavy weights ( to grow) buy they didn't have the stamina.. ..loved this circuit Thanks for the upload
Did you know that you’ve lost your rights as a citizen? I could chop your legs off and you’d be entitled to no compensation, did you know that? I’m not sure what other rights are lost but I’d put money on that it’s probably a lot more .
I would say your advise about the yards is preety reckless. Surely if a parcel comes flying into the yard then its meant for someone? Grabbing it and selling it sounds like a preety sure way to bring trouble to your door. I remember when I was in jail and even if someone had a parcel given to them in a visit you could guarantee everyone knew about , and each and everytime someone new gor a parcel and they wasn't willing to give it up.. Well that person got hurt really bad. The worst violence ways seemed to be about drugs guaranteed. Best just to stay away from it because you couldn't keep it secret. People knew exactly who was bringing gear onto the wing.

Hey Jack Nice videos ☺️👍 I'm facing 4-7 yay 🙄 It'll probably take a year till I start so I've got a year to save get back in the gym. So couple questions What kinda food can I buy to aid training 🙄 Are cells locked or left open once we leave them.... I'm wondering how safe personal effects are in a building full of undesirables 😯 Last question ☺️ Upon arrival how soon can I start a course say bricklaying And can I do an open university course at the same time 🤔 Any information your able to share is greatly appreciated 🙂👍 Many thanks Ted
My advice: 1. On day one go up to the biggest toughest guy in the prison. Get on your knees and immediately start giving him a BJ to show submission this will earn you respect. 2. When using toilet in a cell with a cellmate make eye contact the whole time and smile. 3. Make sure to slap the arses of the prison officers they will love that. Good luck!
This is 8 years old this vid. things have changed BIG time. when i first did time 13 years ago it kicked off probably once a week. last time i was in ( 2 years ago ) it was kicking off daily. and i mean daily. on average id say 5 times a day. we can thank spice, social media, drill/trap music and gangs for this. That being said if u dont get involved in that shit then u will be fine. well u should be fine. i got attacked by some geezer who was in debt and the guy he owed money too told him to randomly attack me. just for his entertainment. which he did. i got the better of him. but this just proves u can be sound and a chilled geezer like myself yet still get into fights. my advice is, if youre white. get friendly with the travellers. always worked for me. but im half irish which helped. just keep on ur toes, dont ever get in debt and if you do get attacked then fight back like a fuckin animal. no matter how big the other man is nobody will ever start on u again trust me.
