I'm glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the kind words. :) I had settings not optimal imo. I had auto iso on and dynamic range on, which was 2000-12800 iso range. 1/48 shutter. f-2.8 full frame equivalent. (f-1.4 M43 lens) This was my second trip using my gear and was still working on settings. imo, highs are way to blown out and a lot of post was just dropping exposure to try and save what I could and so much iso noise to squash. Next trip I'm going to try auto iso 100-1600 range, 1/60 shutter and f2.8. Which in theory should be sharper and hold the brighter explosions better. At the time of recording I just had the mindset of brighter = bettererer!!! lol Hope you stay tuned, I have a lot more planned for the future including better low light lens and 32bit float pro field recording for best sounding videos on youtube.
@ThemeParkNights you should try to keep the ISO as close to the base iso usually 800-3200. I always put focus to infinity, and open the apature up all the way. I use 1.4-1.8 L Mount for Lumix s5iix. Also if your using a tripod you can lower the shutter bc your stationary and only reason the rule of thumb is double your frame rate is bc of motion blur, and since your using a tripod you won't have any. I wouldnt drop less than 1/25-1/30 any lower and might start getting alot of noise. Loved the audio track I'm making an audio setup for my next trip that has 3 shotgun mics to record different parts and then getting the stems from those files and editing it up. It takes about 14 days to finish, but your audio sounds amazing. You'll get better just gotta keep recording and finding what works best for you. Great work!!
Hello. Ride was fastpass so no line. And wanted a full line walk so waited until close for no crowds. What I wasn't expecting was just how much of a contrast it would be. I recorded the ride after sundown too but in post it was still jarring the light difference. The real answer is I'm very new to this and making mistakes. So things like that I'll be factoring for future videos. Hope you enjoyed the video regardless. :) cheers
I enjoyed seeing this show at the Feb 12th after hours. I think having 2 fireworks shows at the after hours events is a great idea. I didn't like this show during the 50th (Harmonious was my fav except the barges) but seeing it along with HEA is so much better.
If only this show is permanent. To be frank, Happily Ever After is too overrated. HEA is a good show, but them comparing Enchantment is just not it. I love Enchantment and I grew up with it. Still sad that they removed it last year, but I'm happy that they returned the show for a limited time.
That makes you part of a small minority who thinks that Enchantment's "superior" to HEA. There's a reason why Enchantment got so much backlash that Disney had to bring back HEA not long after WDW's disastrous 50th anniversary celebration ended.🤷♀
@@TPSAM7560 Well Enchantment tried to be better than HEA, but it failed miserably. HEA has everything that every good Disney Parks fireworks show should have. Enchantment severely lacks almost everything and is a perfect example on how not to do a Disney Parks fireworks show. Also, Remember Dreams Come True was superior to Disneyland Forever since DF was supposed to be about Disneyland in honor of it's 60th anniversary , but it focused mostly on popular and relevant Disney and Pixar movies instead. RDCT did exactly what DF didn't.
@@johnmarkfrederick8245 I totally understand why Enchantment not good. But at least they still trying to fix it by adding Walt and Roy part. And also the fact that Disney Enchantment is the show that bring Main Street Projection to WDW make me cannot hate it. It's just Mid when compared with other disney show... If I could choose between Wished and Enchantment I will choose Enchantment because i already watch Wished
