Very good process has been shown in this video but the truth is no one is following this process though everyone is knows it. Why they are not following this process? Just because of time. If someone is follow this process & make a bathroom then other person will make 2 bathroom in the same time. Now people are intend to make more money without delivering quality. I am buying a flat (under construction) from a local developer in Kolkata & they are even not following very simple steps. And everyday words are exchanging between us.
I dont think India needs such a machine when you pay such a low wage to Mason (500 Rs/day On Contract) Which is way far less compared to other countries.... Its better you people employ more masons at higher rates...
very nice quality of work practice described here but one thing is missing you have put fibre mesh at the conduit location also.. and I want to know the practical obligation to follow this procedure at time whenever immense pressure of work put on us by the top management to complete the work before time period Observation is from my practical experience
