First food was carrots. Just boil it and puree - you can buy the hand held puree blender for babies. No, you can choose any first food, as long as he has a varied diet, it won't matter. Try boiling broccoli and blend with carrots...its fast and saves giving him all of the preservatives and chemicals in those pouches. You can then freeze them for future consumption...no chemicals.
I think the classes are as important for you as for Arlo. He was always perfect! There are guidelines, but babies fall on both sides, and they are completely fine. Babies often will have bruises from the moment they become more mobile. When Arlo starts pulling himself up and starts letting go... He'll have so many more bruises! You'll want to look around your home to find corners. Every table corner will be a danger. You'll need plug covers, too. Babies can cause endless sleepless nights along with endless love. Keep up the good work! He's a darling! ❤❤❤
It looks like Arlo is having a lovely time! The spoon won't be new and scary when it's introduced with a bit of rice cereal on it. I hope you can find those teething toys that have a mesh thing you can shove a fruit in, freeze, and the baby can then chew on to ease their painful gums. I'm sorry, I dont know their name is, but im going to go and Google it and see if i can find it. Except I'm in the US...😊 I just said to Google, "Teething tools you can put frozen fruit in," and up popped literally a whole page of the things i was talking about. Amazon is everywhere, right? My daughters are 33, 35, and 36, and aling with their partners have decided to be child-free. They have plenty of friends who have children, and as I'm the 3rd oldest of 8 children, I've have the opportunity to have 25 neices and nephews who are giving me babies to spoil. I love babies! 🎉🎉🎉
If YOU love the class, then it's worth it! It's 💯% up to you. Don't worry about Arlo being exactly at the same level as the "other" babies. Each baby develops at their own pace. You're doing an amazing job keeping him and his life filled with enrichment!
Make a paste out of the oxy powder and make sure you put it on both the inside and the outside of the stain. Work it in really well. I often use a brush to really work it in. Then I let it sit for at least 30 minutes. I use the brush again as I rinse the oxy out and see how much of the stain came out. Repeat until the stain is out. I have taken a beloved outfit to the laundromat before and asked professionals to see if they could get the stain out. LoL Good luck! 🍀 ☘️ 🍀 ☘️ 🍀
You can Google online to learn so much. After you've done all you can from what you've learned, then it might be time to see about getting lessons. You and your partner are very smart.🎉🎉🎉
Way to take Arlo to baby class! Sure, you can do much of this thing at home, but getting out and talking to other Mom's and seeing other babies and toys is really good for both of you! If your in-laws and/or other relatives ask what he needs for Birthday/holidays, tell them you're taking donations for further months of Baby Classes - and swimming lessons! You can also look up Montessori classes and schools. Find out if there are any of those classes by you. There are also monthly boxes called KiwoCo. They are boxes that are themed by your baby's age and developmental stages. You're doing an amazing job, Amber!❤
Amber, you're doing amazing! I started about 5 months with the rice cereal. I slowly added a bit of carrots mixed with the rice cereal. I'd have the rice cereal on a plate and then put a bit of carrots into the cereal and see how she liked that. If she really didn't like it, the next time I'd try peas, then green beans. All of my babies loved plums, peaches, and pears. I kept mixing the fruits and vegetables with rice cereal because it would fill my babies up and help them sleep longer. That's why I started them on cereal in the first place. Breast-fed babies seem to get hungrier faster. I mixed the rice cereal with breast milk. Don't double dip you baby food. Take out the fruit or veg and put it on the plate/bowl, using a clean spoon. Don't put the spoon in your baby's mouth and then back into the container. The baby's saliva will start breaking down the food and ruin it. If he's going to eat all of it at a time, then it's ok to feed him out of the jar. If you dont know how much he'sgoing to eat, it's better to take out the amount you think, using a clean spoon every time. I hope that's making sense. I would re-open the baby food jars, and they'd all be separated and nasty looking. I learned the hard and expensive way! You can't allow any saliva to get into the jars of food. Those pouches that you can squirt any amount out you want will work great! Best of luck! 🍀 👶 ☘️ 👶 🍀 👶 ☘️ 👶 🍀
First love your ladies are showing Everytime your jump! Secondly a water logged lawn is because of the level of your yard. You can have that leveled out so it doesn't pool so much.
I breast fed my first until she was 2 then the second child til 1 1/2. I had to stop with her because I was pregnant with the third. The third only went a year and she lost interest.
Little button i wonder how long it will be until he blows them out too soo cute it seems as though he was blowing bubbles on the 3rd month 😂😍 such a beautiful baby many blessings mama and papa he looks wonderful 😊 🌹
What about spread his legs wide and let him support his own weight by leaning on his hands on the floor palms down in that gap between legs with a lot pillows circled around him to fell softly when tired...do that 3 times a day 10-15min.he will sit on his own in 1month...
Congratulations! You did it! You're so strong, sweet girl. You've really been through a lot. It's no less of giving birth having a C-section -vs a vaginal delivery. I hope no one ever implies otherwise. Blessings ❤️ 💙 💜
Awww. I wish I thought of that. My "kids" are 52, 50 and 47. A little late. Your little family is precious. Enjoy every moment. Actually I am going to write this out and give it at every baby shower.
