This Dr Who story, was originally intended to be 6 parts, and it was shortened to 5 parts and also the Invasion was originally intended to be 6 parts but was foolishly lengthened to 8 parts which did not really work at all and also had the Invasion been made and shown in either 6 parts or even made and shown in 5 parts it would have been billions of times better than grotty 8 parts which did not work at all.
She had neen in my mind since the bill She said we knew about tou uears ago through our psychics They said tou would bring s out the destruction of the police force Who will happen to the country if he destroys the police You dont have to worry they said hes killimg all the criminals as wel
I wish I could send a letter to Lynne Miller, she was by far my favorite character and I was disappointed to hear she was one of the few Characters killed off. And her murder was never even solved.
A wonderful actor and a lovely man. He was great as Timothy Farthing on Dad's Army and is still chilling with the other cast members who left us. Although he's gone, he's not forgotten Enjoy your rest Frank ❤ 😊
I. MISS. THIS. EFFIN. SHOW! It just made no sense to cancel it! Even less sense not to have brought it back a few years later! 2008 Crash killed a lot of Art. Glad to say I had one role in The Bill, brought in by Director Producer, Jo Johnson.
Shirley was an actress before becoming a writer, starring in Doctor Who's The Tomb of the Cybermen with Patrick Troughton in 1967. She was married to the Doctor Who producer Peter Bryant and the role of Kaftan was written especially for her.
Just heard Ian has died So sad to hear🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 ‘Don’t tell him your name Pike’ Classic comedy show was Dad’s Army Still laugh at it today 🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴❤️❤️❤️
@@joanne26 I'm in New Zealand, and on the 13th of this month, I'll be ,gulp, 60 years old ,I was fine with being in my forties, and pretty ok with the fifties, but this feels different 😦. A real estate agent lady in my town is from Birmingham, what's it like there these days? . I'll watch some episodes of Dads Army today , its going to be a bit hard seeing pike ,and knowing that they are all gone now.👍❤

This clip is 11 years old... HE IS STILL ALIVE! 50% of original crew still alive! I just started watching Doctor Who a few weeks ago! Starting from the beginning 1963.
yes!! thank you for this! i’m working on a painting of two, jamie, and zoe from this episode and was looking for color pictures of the set and wardrobe, this is the perfect reference :)
Thank-you so much for sharing! Brings a tear to my eye seeing him there, before the 50th... and thinking of how he was during Power of the Doctor last year... (and knowing he struggled to record his one line...) Curse Moffatt for not giving the older fans MORE when the opportunity was available, where now it is not...
