Imagining curving letters In a languid psalm In abstract time Full levity Rolling through intangible Phantom mystery And the furnace of gentle dreams A caustic womb Champagne light After the sacred deep blue Majesty of dawn Naked and cordial and virgin And virgin Majesty of dawn Naked and cordial and virgin And virgin Patience and poise Twin ribbons bare And make vivid A dark shallow vein Patience and poise Twin ribbons bare And make vivid A dark shallow vein Disguise and shame Of all light downward A gaunt fashion Pulled tightly over peaking bone A gaunt fashion Pulled tightly over peaking bone A small scene from in the smoking censer A heart, a heart, a heart The pulse of rotten roots Twining through soil Feasting on droplets Rest come again Come again Rest crack puzzled So urgent, wild Rest crack puzzled So urgent, wild, violent Freedom flutters down The drain again One eye wide to the braille Of fireflies I tunnel brutishly Pig headed And full of steam Full of steam I tunnel brutishly Pig headed And full of steam Into the damp comfort Of this lonely trench Of this trench Of this trench Of this trench Of this trench
Everyone was locked in and felt every minute , from the bass vocals guitars drumming everything was perfect, Amazing work with the audio video and deafheavens performance
Is it just me or does George look like he's releasing pain through dream house? Like he's going through something, and with the new music, what did he go through
You know, I had tickets to see Deafhaven on this tour cycle and I'm never gonna get it back. I dig the new not-particularly black metal stuff well enough, but I'm way less excited to see it live than this kind of thing
I respect your opinion but if you imagine a part of the setlist like this: Black Brick to Honeycomb to In Blur to Dreamhouse in that order. It not only makes sense because they always had beautiful melodies in their music, it would be f***ing amazing.
@@Braulios_Penesecou bruh don't be gatekeeping over an opinion you got nothing to do with..... Better take that that shit to some 14yo who gives a shit
Deafheaven live sound sooo great. I'm still not getting why they try to sound TRVE black metal 90's when all the nazis black metal douchebags thinks they're posers anyway
@@stefankupych6978 i doubt it because they blend other genres that are not as poorly mixed as TRVE Black Metal was. But who knows. Oathbreaker are a good example of post-black properly mixed.
