did you ever put fenders on your trailer, would it not keep dirt and debri from the side of the trailer? if you did could you show how you attached them thanks.
I'm looking at this as a lifestyle after losing everything in the West coast fires...what's your opinion of this trike as compared to something like a Utah/TrikExplor quad or a bakfiets with trailer? How safe do you feel leaving your stuff when you go into a grocery store? Do you ever have issues with stray dogs, bears, bad actors or authorities?
I don't know much about the other trikes, but mine was awesome. The suspension made the ride much more comfortable. My dogs kept most people away from my gear. I tried shopping mostly at small stores and didn't spend a lot of time inside. I did have a few dogs follow me, only saw one bear in Washington (I carried bear spray), and only had a few people upset with me on the road. Cops didn't bother me much.
Thank you so very much for this video! Extremely informative! Ive been debating, getting a Wike kit as i want to build a lightweight pop up camper for my Ebike, and, the fact that you can flip it upside down like that made my decision! Thats exactly what i needed! Wike really needs to include your video on their website, as theirs are nowhere near as informative! Since it will be a sleeping platform encased in a lightweight pop up, i want all the confortable sleeping space i can get for me and my small dog. Also, by flipping it, i can envision even having a shallow slide out carrier underneath that slides out the rear end for all my minimalist cooking and kitchen gear! Great video! You are awesome! Oh, and I love your little pup tent riding space on top of the trailer!
That flaw is visible even on the video.. That is a safety problem, Defective windshields can cause distance perception issues resulting in collisions , injuries or death.. If your viewer can see a warp in the area that a driver needs to see a recumbent trike, that is justificaton for immediate replacement.. Call your insurance company, send them this video and other photographs that show the defect and ask them to recomend a different installer. or have the installer replace the defective replacement.. Tim.. i miss your Recumbent tour adventures.. take care..
So they just take the money and run. Better try the state's Attorney General and report it. If he or she is a good AG, you'll get action, If not, you won't. My experience only.
Bro I think Wike would do good to fallow your design with the layout as by flipping that style bracket you gained a lot of bottom up support And I have no doubt that is why were able to carry much heavier loads good thinking on your part you gained in tow ways with that one change. Thanks for the video as It has given me help with my build .
Looking to pull this with a trike with the two wheels on the back. Any ideas on how to attach to the center of the trike axle. Don't think I can use the arm that comes with the kit. Thanks
You probably have the voice activation turned on and it is hearing something that sounds like "Gopro turn on" and turning on. They removed the ability turn on the camera with voice command in the 10, 11 and 12.. I will add that the GP12 is the king of all action cams. Forget all these channels saying the DJI Action 4 is better. They are smoking crack. I owned one and my GP12 clowns it in just about every category. Every issue and complaint I had with the 11 was fixed with the 12. The media mod now sounds 10x better with the 12 also.
If they made a camera that did everything. They would go out of business. They make most of there money bringing out new models. If you want to buy something different try a Drift Ghost (I have the 4K+).
I was wondering if having no fenders on the front wheels causes any issues when it rains. Besides keeping me dry when things get wet, I like that fenders also keep my fingers from accidentally getting on the tire tread. I enjoy your videos. steve
