I think Heather could go toe to toe with Whitney and sound just as good if not better. Heather is highly underrated and seems not interested in pushing the envelope but staying in her lane for reasons we will never understand. But don't get it twisted, she is singing her version out of respect and creativity not because she couldnt hit every single note Whitney did. My view is still that Whitney was the best voice that ever walked this earth but then Whitney stood out because she relished and shone being herself without holding back. I'm not sure that Heather has really thrown herself fully into music like she could. That said, they have unique expressions and tones...some similarities here and there...but I would place them on just about equal footing talent-wise.
Nicola was overlooked for years, it's amazing that when Girls Aloud reunited she came back as the lead singer, Nadine is amazing and absolutely deserved her position but it was really nice that Nicola got her time in the sun, her voice has always been a fan favourite
What a voice and talent. I first saw Heather Headly in Aida on Broadway NY and once again in NY. Lucky I was. After That I have been following the talent she is. Unknown to some but a good Freemasons dance track titled 'In My Mind' is one of the contributions she has made.
