While you'll see mostly court videos here, I am working on obtaining body camera footage as well. I've already submitted several FOIA requests, but most of them being in Florida. With the hurricanes that have hit, I don't expect to see that footage for some time. I hope to eventually get into making documentary style videos.
I am a single/widowed mama of three amazing teen boys. I created this channel with the hopes of being able to make a second income to do the things my regular salary doesn't allow for. Things like college and first cars... even braces! Thanks to everyone who has supported my channel so far, my youngest son Bobby will have his spacers in on November 7th! I'm making a list of no nonsense Judges. I need to cut back on watching and those who let 'em lie have to go. (or renege on a sentence after mother has to cry to him to give an insincere apology for giving attitude, for sure!)
She probably built a fire to stay warm. These people will try to get anything to stick but they play very dirty. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. How would anyone in that room know the answer to her questions.
I think it is important to see probation for what is has been intended for..... to get better..... to succeed..... to overcome obstacles..... People see it as nothing but a punishment. That is not what it was intended to be. To ME- anyone who chooses to break any stipulation of probation should be sentenced to an actual punishment-- prison time. Either you use probation to get better or stop wasting the court's time by giving up your time.

Same… it’s weird how it happens but maybe it’s because as we get older we get better at driving or… the police aren’t out as much… I got a ticket a few months ago for speeding but before that… it’s been years

So the judge says the one guy has to have insurance even if he doesn't have a license or vehicle then tells the guy that has a vehicle but no license that since he has insurance it's a waste of money smh this lady is about as ignorant as they come bless the the peoples hearts that have to go in front of her 🙄
I thought I was hearing quite a bit of back and forth… and the way she went off on a guy in a video I just uploaded, before finding out the guy actually has a license 🤦♀️🤦♀️
I don’t like the fact that the judge allowed the mom to keep over talking the dad but was quick to speak up when the dad over talked her.. these judges are a danger to the make society
I’m sorry to hear that. My husband died (undetermined) but have drug abuse listed on the death certificate… which was not true… but yea I went through his family blaming me even tho I was 9 days from delivering our son when he passed. It’s tough losing the ones you love and unfortunately, people want someone else to pin it on. My son is 14 and I still won’t tell him details… not until he’s emotionally mature enough and ready.
Whoa wait a minute! Everybody needs to be responsible for their own actions. She does not deserve all of the blame! Nobody can be a good parent when you're on drugs!
Neither of the individual care. Taxpayers are paying their way through life they’re never going to change. Unless the government stops handing out taxpayers money on people who do not care!! The only individual’s are being held down are the ones who are paying everyone else’s way! as long as free money is being handed out, the world will always have individuals like the so-called adults with infantile mind living off hard working people!!
You got to love these females they're in court about the children that is theirs and the man's but every time they reference the children they only call lame it as theirs they don't say that it's their child she just says that it's her child it's disgusting you can definitely tell they are also brainwashing the children against the men when they're speaking like this

federick is a garbage judge and shouldn't be doing ANY family court cases. HE is responsible for destroying hundreds of mens lives. Wanna get mad? Go watch his cases on youtube. For every one case/clip he looks fair in there are 10 in which the mother is a proven liar, doing drugs or alienating the father and this beta male pos sides with them. Go watch the videos before anyone wants to tell me i am wrong.
Oh I believe it and this is the first time I’ve caught his hearings… but, having been through this is Macomb county… it’s easy to recognize… friend of the court is a joke all the way around. Their so called investigations don’t prove much other than they go off what they hear and who they feel like believing. It took me 2 years to prove that everything my daughter’s father was saying was lies but because I was honest about certain things, they looked down on me and never sided with me after that point. It destroys the lives of children because they’re dragged through it all
This judge keeps saying they spent a lot of money. But they didn’t pay the rent. And a lot of the issues were caused by misses jones. They get to keep the fridge they bought. Wifey wanted to take control by turning them in. They were getting a great deal on the rent per month. And city inspections can be somewhat of a pain in the neck. Especially if this wasn’t really a rental and they were doing it for family at a discount. When at the time and sounds like still, they don’t qualify to purchase. I feel bad that there is going to be such a rift in this family for many years to come.
Yea she was wrong for turning them in. Idk what she thought it would accomplish… in my opinion, when you live in a house, there’s upkeep… the mom never asked them to pay the taxes… she did that as a sly backhanded move thinking it would end up helping her in the end… I think it’s the actual definition of entitlement 😂
Get married in a private wedding where the bride and groom exchange vows before their family and friends ~ we don't need a person in a robe for a free and the state marriage license ~ for a free .... when or if it doesn't work out, sit down with your family and friends and work out a 50-50 split ~ put it in writing and sign and date it before a notary. Keep lawyer$, religion and the state out of our marriages and how we raise our own children. Teach your children by example! Be like Mother Mary and her son who follows her to school ~ which means this mother and son team are college educated and are professionals in their fields of service to others.
That’s a good point. I wondered the same with my own case but it’s like once the truth comes out, they change things accordingly and it’s forgotten about
😂 I don’t think so 😂 there are other women with my name in Michigan and that’s usually what a birthdate or social security number are for 😂 and my son is a junior… born one day before his dads birthday… I haven’t had any issues
She doesn't like him recording the custody exchanges because she can't pull the he is violent towards me victim card if the recording shows her being the one causing all the problems
I agree with many of these statements below. If he was doing drugs with his wife, she can't be 100% or 50% responsible. Unless she wilfully had narcan and refused to use it, that would be different. My heart goes out to all involved. Especially those poor children. They are the ones who lost everything. Hope the family heals and the woman gets the help she desperately needs. 🙏❤
It sounds like this is all still very fresh… I can only speak from my own situation in saying that within a year of my husband passing…. The accusations died down… it’s a very difficult situation and if mom has any chance of getting her kids back, those grandparents will want to be involved, so they’ll have to come to terms with all of it and understand she can’t be the blame of it. I can understand their feelings if she got him started on it, even the feelings about her being the one who gave him that dose.. but at the same time… if she didn’t get it for him, if he wanted it, I’m sure he’d find a way of getting it. It’s such a sad situation all the way around
