I bought one of these, then after a while I tried to charge it but it’s not showing blue on the start button and it’s blinking from 1a to the green, what did I do wrong??
Just warning you, that appears to be the 2832X Traxxas 3S and I haven’t had much luck with them. It could just be bad LiPOs, but I’ve had two so far (one I bought with my Hoss and a second I received as a warranty replacement from Traxxas) and both of them had balance wire connection issues. The first one last a month before it started having difficulty connecting to the charger and went another 3-4 before it wouldn’t charge anymore, and the replace has lasted 4 months and is now having issues connecting but I can still get it to charge. Just thought I should let you know that. I haven’t had issues with balance wires on any of my other Traxxas LiPOs, just the 2832X. It seems it has an internal flaw.
Swoppin out the 100a esc for spektrum 130a esc will be doing that 3900kv motor a big favour. Run the stock pinion, just upgrade the esc, motor will run cool, and you get 85 mph, no stress on the drive train or motor...4s lipo . Your welcome.
Absolutely not. NEVER do this! Balance will ensure all the cells are properly balanced to each other, meaning they will discharge and wear down evenly, resulting in an improved lifespan for the battery. Fast only charges until one cell is fully charged, which will inevitably result in unbalanced cells and a premature death to the LiPO.
connect it to your phone, i bought one yesterday and it changed the game for me, tells you exactly how long, how many mah it charged and for my lipo it tells me each cell voltage, total voltage, lets me customize the charger output to what i need, amazing stuff really
For lipos, If you don’t plan to use your batteries don’t leave them charged. If you have a Traxxas charger, just select “store” option before putting them away, it gives em enough charge to store them away. If you leave them fully charged for more than 7 days … it degrades the life of the battery. Don’t use your car til your battery is totally dead. Totally killing your battery before recharging is no good. That’s all
hi, friend I have a new trailwalker, it happens to me that the car has a tendency to turn sideways when accelerating and does not recover its position, not at all. I think it is because of the way the front steering links are mounted, is it possible? thank you

Threw my S2 away 😅. Why ? S2 is battery specific .. Servo stopped , $15 dollar replacement.. The supplied controller is terrible. Small crash landing cause control arm break ... 😮 Dumpster
There are a ton of options out there. If you want to continue to use the stock esc/receiver you could go with the injora scx24 motor on Amazon, I prefer moforc tourquebeast, ccxrc has a great replacement motor as well. I hope that helps!
That’s a steal for this car! For a brushless speed car capable of those speeds out of the box I think you can’t go wrong at $199.99! They also make some cool bodies for this chasis for those who don’t like that style, but personally I like it.

Of course, use a piece of paper between the spur and pinion gear to make sure you don’t have your gear meshing too tight or loose. It should be tight enough to run it through without tearing the paper. I hope that helps.
There is one thing I missed, that is different from the infraction 3S has metal diffs. That explains the price difference between the two. The vendetta is frequently on sale, and if you can get one on sale I think the price difference is worth it. I haven’t had any issues with the composite diffs thus far. At $369.99 if you really like that infraction body or want rust metal diffs then the price difference might be worth it!
It doesn't appear there's any difference in the differential between the vendetta and infraction 3s. Both are composite according to arrma on their official site. They do offer a metal replacement differential as an optional part though.
I just unboxed mine...and did the exact same thing you did. No luck binding without the mix in the manual. I would not have figured the strange 'throw salt over your shoulder and rub the Brady Bunch Kon Tiki necklace' bind along with Mix 1 without this video. Thank you. Now I dont have to feel like an idiot and call Horizon (they are great for tech help though).
