I actually don't use milk. So, I do this "easy" haha I take the Dairy free Yogurt I get from Kroger (you can get individual ones or a larger one) and I get it in vanilla. You can typically find almond milk, coconut milk etc for dairy free yogurt but look at the labels bc some are HIGH Protein. Those are what I aim for. ❤ *so delicious, silk, oui taste the best* then oikos and ratio (at walmart) I think are 25g of protein. All I do is take sugar free banana pudding mix... sprinkle just enough of that to FLAVOR the vanilla yogurt. Mix in a scoop of cool whip (bc its not real cream) cut up banana slices and I use the Mini Nilla wafers! I typically only make 1 serving portions at a time but now my daughter loves them too. and wants to make it also (she's 5) ... if a 5 year old thinks it's delicious... It is!

@SunshineYvie everyone is changing prices across the board from what I'm seeing. I still would never( personally) take from 1 of the pharmacies they send from so they could send it for free and I still would not take it lol

Your friend can wait till October during open enrollment then call to see if they are covering zepbound. Tell her to join one of the cheap gyms if she’s not enrolled in a gym already
@jenf836 she is and has a fitness watch and has multiple years of her working with different Dr's I believe so I told her to pull all that together and resubmit. I think her insurance is through her husband that works for the state..so I told her to resubmit and see if she can get a few months covered at least..not sure what if any chances her insurance may bring in Nov open enrollment but I think a lot of people are going to get blind sided :(
You are doing great! My loss…27 lb since 1/28/24. I did recently started creatine and I read tht it can cause weight gain initially….I’m going with that 😎 I am seeing muscle gain with that plus my vibration plate workouts!
@betsyfrye9468 my stomach is still tight bc of the swelling from sibo I'm hoping I can get this to change at some point! then the rest of kinda just skin and hanging now in a fun "apron" it sucks but it is what it is ... my back is what was feeling different. i didn't like it

@nerdincubator Have you ever done any testing on food intolerance or anything like that? so far it has been extremely beneficial for me just know the foods currently beneficial or not for my gut.
@nerdincubator I had celiac test done 3 years ago I think.. that's kind of where they started with me trying to figure out what was going on with me. I have seen so many specialists over the years it's just insane. Now on zepbound I can eat and not feel like I used to feel and not swell up the size of a giant balloon. It's like... is this what it's like for other people?! lol
@@essinamaria9974 my kids and me both had HUGE red areas around all the trees and then I had an additional something done on my arm instead of back as well to test more
I agree with you on the site location. I hate the back of my arms. I did it one time and only had suppression for a few days. When I did my love handle the suppression was insane and lasted over 7 days. People came after me when I mentioned the love handle area. I'm doing what works for me. I also did a month of 7.5 and need to go back down to 5. This entire week I've felt sick and yucky.
@@dvansmom1 I think the 5 will be my long term maintenance dose but for losing what I need to I know I needed to bump up but yes the love handle is insane how strong it can be

I have the same shade and mine doesn't look yellow at all. I've noticed I have to empty the dropper completely before shaking to make sure mixes well. It's a bit too dewy on my combo skin but I'm gonna try it in the winter when I tend to be a bit more dry. Their skin rewind stick is fabulous, though, I don't even need to set it and it gives a natural, skin like finish that lasts through an 8hr shift. I wear the the shade Aspen.
I'm sorry I had to laugh at the "hard to follow" and I have even seen people say to leave something up longer .... Most of the time i am on my phone so it's like screen shot it or wherever you are watching from just pause it or slow the speed down. Better yet you could watch someone else if you don't like someone's content. Sorry this is new to me lol
@stacyinscoe3365 the lady who said my videos are hard to follow was not watching any of them or even trying to hear or review any of the actual 411 she just wanted to try and hurry and make a rebuttal to the ppl questioning her telling them it was "fine" and to keep ordering so she could get hers covered for free. The video she made was trying to continue to tell ppl there were 0 issues but she had no "receipts" and I don't think knows how to even look anything up or what questions to ask. So I had to take things from multiple videos and lay it all out in 1 single location as "receipts" lol And then I never looked at anything they ever made again ha

Yea I think when ppl are rushing trying to feed off someone else's content and grab those people up to "make money" or in this case funds to fund their own injections they just toss whatever out there into the world. She had commented that my content is for "housewives" and taking advantage of them. I have gotten YT removals from past videos for them having links to external websites with the GLP1s in the news that are tracking data, or have ads etc so I will not longer be placing those links into my captions but will place them on comments and also the community tab for review! I'm thinking about switching places and wanted to try Emerge or maybe a few other online options. However i just started getting it from my local NP and have the next 3 weeks in my fridge. Will me trying Emerge cause any problems if I do want to continue getting locally? I don't want to seem like i'm dr shopping i just want to get god product as cheap as i can lol any idea?
@stacyinscoe3365 emerge is direct pay and not via insurance - they also ship every 28 days. so I would say stay with what you have since you have 3 weeks already then if you're not happy you could try emerge and see if you like it better- but I don't see a need for buying from multiple locations. It's not in shortage
I forgot to mention I am not a diabetic, my doctor just orders Mounjaro instead of Zepbound. I am trying to get him to change that and send it to Lilly

Is cosentyx causing fat gain or is it a combination of fat/water/muscle? Have you had a DEXA or MRI to see how your body composition is changing over time on both meds?
it's fat storing..something with how letting in fat cells signals to the brain to not store fat anymore via a Janus Kinus signal. and cosentyx is a JAK Inhibitor to stop signaling to help control inflammation with my AS and throughout my body. My gain was all fat around my entire mid section, predominantly. I had cortisol testing bc the Dr's also thought it was cushings syndrome bc ny face started getting swollen and round also. no cortisol issues either.
@nerdincubator I think based on what I'm seeing retratrutide is going to end up hitting more indicated uses and being approved more for multiple things including inflammation so fingers crossed! if I could just be on 1 thing and get off the cosentyx BOY that would be great!
@@KetosisMom Also, if you do end up taking a job or having a conversation with Lilly as you mentioned ;), then I would love to know if they would ever produce a Bluetooth Kwikpen (similar to Inpen) for Zepbound, whereby cartridges are sent to folks and they can monitor their doses on an app.
@@barbaradutra8775 my Dr sent all strengths is what she said. She said she literally send every dose option directly to lily direct so… we will see how that goes
@@myhealthspace no not in the US. They don’t want people splitting vials in any way for multiple doses. So they will keep 2.5 and 5 mg only in the US I believe then all higher doses will be the $650 out of pocket with savings card. Any other country they have vials up to 15mg you can look online and people are splitting it into multiple doses like the compound vials. The rise in GLP1 overdoses due to not knowing what and how much API you’re really getting per dose is too iffy.
@lezliesecundaGLP-RD I know with emerge they told me their patients can also request something for the nausea and diarrhea. I had this when I first started the 5 mg slightly but other than that all is good. I've noticed that it usually happens if I was not spacing food out and eating. i.e. I was going too long wo eating
Wait.. So they deny you based on not having more weight loss and/or more benefits. Ummmm.. I was denied because my outcomes made my BMI 23.5 normal. Maybe my MD should write that they told the patient to seek legal counsel.
@@tatianaflucker9417 I appreciate you saying that ! It bothers me that SO many ppl are just like yea let me post about this (even when they themselves aren’t taking it) just to get a payday. But I’ve been dealing with this type thing for YEARS with all kinds of products. If people only knew how many emails we sift through on a DAILY basis from where I work on so many platforms… it’s just unreal. I had some UGC that they paid me upfront to just make a video of me talking about my diet. They THEN mashed up my footage in a video for their version of ozempic and they had the platform give them access to my Facebook account for them to RUN ADS on my accounts! I had to get an attorney. I won. They had to pay me money for doing this. And this was a year before I ever even agreed to try a GLP1 . Since then I am even very very careful on what user generated content I will agree to do, especially showing my face or my voice! I even weekly have to file copyright notices with RU-vid for ppl stealing my videos on you tube and making their own mash up to sell an item. Amazon is the same way. People are stealing other people’s videos and uploading them as their OWN trying to get paid. I don’t understand why people cannot be honest, original, and not deceptive.
Quick question, Why are you not following the injection locations Diagram that comes in your box that Lilly recommends? 2 inches around the belly button, thigh or back of arms?
@@gypsyintheforest I have tried all of those spots and I tried the fatty area on the side that worked really well for me. The point of a subcutaneous injection is to make sure you’re injecting into a fatty tissue area and no where near muscle. You’re also not supposed to inject into any skin with scaring (I e stretch marks) my entire stomach is stretch marks from pregnancies. And I cannot stand the arms. My thighs are getting hard to rotate spots of fat no where near muscle and it also bruises. The love handle is pure fat. And easy to grab up. And if it bruises… I don’t care. No one is going to see my love handle even in a swimsuit
@@gypsyintheforest probably not. But I wa son humira, enbrel, and also cosentyx and had to go through training with their nurses for each one and when I asked they all told me the same thing. Just make sure you are pinching up a fatty area every time. They all told me those were the recommended areas but that if the sides or in the "apron" that is the skin that hangs in the front works better for me and doesnt have any scarring that not injecting into an area with any scarring or damage was more important

oh no they contacted ME directly. found my email. reached out to me about working with them. but bc I asked questions around their sourcing they NEVER responded again LOL their pharmacy has LIMITED license information and it's like it is brand new with 0 411 around anything. I keep seeing all their creator parties and trips they're throwing though with all the people earning them the big bucks LOL it reminds me of the MLM roman and fields or the Lularoe thing (also a netflix documentary in how bad all that was).
@michaelclanton1152 I mean yea. all these places are making BANK. and places that are flying ALL their creators to Cali and paying for them all to go to events, go out to eat, have big parties. It reminds me of all the drug rep parties I used to hear about. (have you ever watched Pain Hustlerss on Netflix? or dopesick on hulu?) It's interesting to me bc these pharmaceutical companies have to jump through hoops, pay for trials, submit to the FDA, show additional 411 just to bring a drug to the market. But these pharmacies can just mix up whatever they want and send it out with ... nothing. Bioidentical drug (well supposedly) they're just tossing things in a Vial and mixing. But they're not being regulated, they're not being tested for human use, and No one is doing anything about it. I mean can you image if every Pharm company could just release drugs without ANY oversight or approvals needed at all. Don't even have to show it's not contaminated or that is IS in fact what the label says. It is just crazy to me.
@KetosisMom you are going hard on the compounders and that is okay,you know what you know and I take that in stride.I don't see a lot of name brand users complaining my dose feels watered down and I have a couple times and have boosted it with a 2.5mg try to check my effect and guess what.I could go on but my mind gets stressed.I do google all the time on solubility and how to help it.
I was SHOCKED. I mean. SHOCKED. I ran upstairs to tell my husband and he didn't believe me either LOL we thought the scale was malfunctioning and I even moved the scale around a few times to different spots and RE weighed LOL
@@KetosisMom im one of those rare people who don’t have an issue with going if needed. I don’t want to be using the meds and not getting anything from it. I was forced to move up because of shortage but if one strength didn’t work for me i think i would have dumped it immediately. I 5mg wore me out. I was exhausted. I would have had to leave that behind if shortage didn’t force me to.

oh IVIM, Henry meds, the original place I tried which told me to STOP saying their name or they were turning it over to their legal team LOL, found, Mochi, fridays, lavender sky... everyone I have been getting emails from with SAVINGS and NEW DISCOUNTS. I watch the forums too and people will ask "ok my price has gone up to $650 now who has tried this place?" and then all the comments start flowing in about the cons for each one. I mean the platform fees Alone to some of these things people aren't realizing they're paying JUST as much as brand name one you pay the platform fee and then they charge you every 3 weeks.

my cosentyx is a 300 mg injection monthly and if I can get off of that and JUST be on zepbound for inflammation control for my AS I would be ECSTATIC. I KEEP seeing all the articles on how this controls inflammation and how retratrutide is doing it EVEN BETTER and they are pushing for MULTIPLE iND use for retratrutide so between Zepbohnd and that I'm fingers crossed within the next 2 years it MAY be possible

Yes I know I was asking them for all the 411 on their new 1 and only pharmacy bc it appears to be brand new, now 411 with the FDA, and minimal information on a state license... they never sent me a thing and I reached out multiple times

I am SUPER excited that things seem to be turning in the right direction for me. I have seen a lot of people who did not do well on the 5 mg and then picked up again on the 7.5 mg I am hoping this "winning streak" continues for me! I cannot wait to hear from everyone of who has tried or submitted to Lilly direct and how it is going. This was a short week bc I have MULTIPLE campaigns with excessive work right now on other platforms. I will say that I have seen a lot out about Retratrutide lately and their really great successful phase3 results. My largest concern with that is how FAST people are losing. i.e. in HALF the time they do on tirzepatide with a higher % loss. *Retratrutide is not currently an FDA approved drug.
