@@azdeatherage I see that you are right according to Wiki! But the figure I gave would be adequate in my opinion! The platform is rated for 200 pounds per square foot! the whole thing weighs 1.6 million pounds!
We went there in 2016 as part of a helicopter tour from Las Vegas and the whole experience was amazing. I think you missed the best part in your video though and that is the ‘eagle’ in the rock face (Eagle Point) but a nice video all the same.
The bad news: if you fall it’s about four-fifths of a mile down. The good news: it’s such a long drop you should hit terminal velocity about halfway down.
What happens if a Magnitude 9 earthquake hits? But I’m so afraid of heights I don’t think I could do it. I think I would either puke or faint. (Isn’t that the music from “Gladiator”? It’s been 20 years since I’ve seen it but I vaguely remember this is background music when Russell Crowe goes back to save his family or something.)
When i visited the Grand Canyon years ago, there was no walkway and the view was spectacular. Humans seem seduced by materialism...spening a lot of money on junk that defaces the Earth.
That cover picture that this lady is standing in is a DIGESTIVE SYSTEM of a TITAN CREATURE as they are made fromup of the earth and are on top of it TURNED into STONE =CRYSTAL =SAND LIMESTONE/SANDSTONE gone through NUCLEAR FILLIC INVASION what do you think mud is and what is CALLED iron OXIDE its blood and skin and biological PETRIFIED CREATURES,
*INCREDIBLE experience! Glad you were able to record it ~ somewhere right after stepping onto the glass, I basically froze!!! Could only look down once ~ that by accident ~ and my heart was somewhere behind my right ear the rest of my 'inching along' on the SkyWalk ledge! Incredible! Fantastic views! Thank you for showing me all that was right there beneath and around me!* 💖💖💚💚💖💖
I get vertigo just looking at the video! All the people going out on that walkway are way braver than me. The only way that I would go out on that is if I had a rope around my waist tethering me to very large pillar inside the building. I prefer my feet flat on the ground and way, away from the edge of anything. Thanks for the video, it was fantastic.
