Radish and potatoes Curry Ingredients Potatoes 2 (small to medium) Radish 2 (medium) Dry Chilli 2 (broken) Green Chilli 2 Curry Leaves 1 sprig Onions 1 (or Shallots 4) Dil Seeds 1 tsp Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Curry Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp or less Coconut Milk 1/2 can Oil Method - Cut Radish into 2 inch strips - Slice potatoes - Add Potatoes, Radish, Green Chilli, Curry leaves, Onions, Salt, Turmeric, Chilli powder, Curry Powder, Dill Seeds and Coconut Milk to a pot and mix well. Cook well. Close lid and cook till it bubbles. Open lid and keep stirring until cooked (Add salt if required).Empty the contents to another container. - Heat oil while stirring and add the dry chilli. - Return the cooked the mixture to the pot and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
