Why is the CHART ROOM SEPARATE from the BRIDGE, and why was there NO RADAR, and/or VIDEO MONITOR of what’s GOING ON PASSED the SHIPS BOW 🤔🤔🤔🤔 That’s how a RO/RO FERRY SUNK, there was NO VIDEO MONITOR ON the BOTTOM DECK, when the ferry HIT a MASSIVE WAVE, the BOW was therefor RIPPED OFF, causing an INEVITABLE SINKING🤔 Not sure HOW many PPL DIED🤔🤔🤔
Plenty of fault to go around. Ship owners for outdated equipment. Flag state and insurers for lack of requirements for updated safety equipment. Watch standers for both vessels and any backup they had. A slow motion train wreck that was statistically guaranteed.
