Thanks for pointing me to this video. I appreciate how beginner friendly this is for those looking to get into painting. At least putting on that thematic wash can help with immersion.
@Herodragon9 glad it was helpful, think that's a problem with most painting videos they are too advanced even the entry videos and it either scares new painters, confuses them, or sets unrealistic expectations that they can't match.
@Herodragon9 thanks still trying to decide on a scheme or technique I want to use. I might do them the same as the first game ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mPL478pdOUc.html
@@GettinJiggly I like the simplicity of shading the miniatures in their main theme colors, but with the amount of interaction with the characters in this game, maybe a slap chop and trying to match their standees would be a little more immersive. The monsters could get the shade wash treatment since you’ll have them on the table a little less overall.
I just got this game but couldn’t afford to add the miniatures. They look fantastic though, I kinda regret not doing so haha 😢 Can’t wait to dive into it!
Saw your review of Nightshift so I decided to check out your content. People who review games on BGG that they haven't even played yet should never be trusted. Not to mention you're telling people not to pay full price for it, meanwhile you are asking people to give you money for your shop, Amazon store, Amazon wishlist, eBay store, treats for your pet, etc. Shameless. There's no place for prudes in 2024.
@youvelookedbetter if you had taken a moment to see our content you would have seen two things; First, we haven't done any new content in almost a year as we just had a baby, which means all games, including review copies, are done offline, and we post written reviews if we feel like it. Second, yes, we have affiliate links, which cost nothing to use, and we don't keep the money. All money goes toward Extra Life and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. I have no issue with the theme as I stated in the review. The game just wasn't something I would play again or recommend to hobbiests.
@henrylam24 debated backing the recent KS reprint but didn't. Still have Yucatan, Ragnarok, and a few others to play. Don't know if they are Adri's taste yet.
Came from bgg, it was me who asked about storing everything in one box :) Such a detailed unboxing Glad to see there is a designated space for expansion and promos (especially nice to see space for new alcohol labels)
@@GettinJiggly if I get the expansion right, it should replace premium alcohol components from the base game, adding some optional twists to them Meaning that you can play with the new cards, and either choose to ignore the new traits as if they were the base cards, or you can play as the new expansion intends it Am I correct?
@@GettinJiggly yeah it was rare and in México more😅 the problem is that your gonna have to pay again just for the expansión and thats awful😭Even that i have to pay for All again plus the shipping😔
Yes, one from the burn pile and if you played one of the wild cards to play again you play one from hand. I also think Wonder Woman is the freaking nuts, maybe even better, she has all the tools in wild cards to defeat a lot of enemies (also her location buffs it) and everytime she defeats an enemy you chose one player to add 1 and burn 1, her engine seems very good 😱
Just bought the game; sleeved it, and boy i can't get it all back in the damn box lol! Hoping this video helps, thanks mate. UPDATE. I sleeved all my cards, so i had less space, but following this video i managed to get the lid to close lol! Thank you again.
2-4-8-16-20-100 or however many characters you have got in your collection thus you could create the multiverse and throw the DC core pack together with the marvel core pack and the second edition and you've got the ability to play up to 12 people that's without any add-on packs
I believe it to be the same game Uno ultimate you have the ability to go from 2 to 4:00 to 8:00 to 2 to 12:00 to 2:00 to 16 based on how many core packs you put together add on packs add one player to the core 4 is so if you have an add-on pack you can now play 2 to 5 people each character is a full deck each deck is a different character I've been studying it throughout the day cuz I bought one add-on pack I managed to pick it up for a dollar at a Ben store I am now looking to buy a core pack
Just played this and our envelope that was supposed to have the frame just had another skeleton key set. I think I know why this company didn't make too many more games...
The Op makes a bunch of games, as for this series, yeah, just this and the Shining, I know they had plans for others, but nothing happened. You should be able to get a replacement from the store you bought it from. If not, I know The Op is good at sending replacements.
There are some cards that give end game bonuses for having multiple collars on a number of dogs. Edit: you found one of them a minute later! Don't mind me
I can't tell if the "core set" came with box set is the same as my two tuck box sets from release of the game. I can't figure out what I need to keep together, and what are duplicates or can mix in
References are for a singular tuck box core set, but the starters were 2 player and named differently and you needed each one to play 4. So is the "core set" the combined cards from BOTH starter tuck boxes? And so the starter box here replaces those two starter decks completely @@GettinJiggly
