Most of this isn't true. A healthy size zero means you have a lot of lean muscle mass. I was 125 lbs and a women's size zero. I can get down to 109 and still be healthy but if I did that I would just loose muscle mass. I look at these runway models you can tell they don't walk or run they walk so stiff. So maybe the only size zero they like are the girls that eat a small mc Donald's hamburger a day girls that don't get proper nutrition.
7 stone 10 lbs and she starts by questioning her size and shape. Sounds like she already had an issue with her body and body confidence. Not a good choice for the subject of the documentary.
Honestly, this documentary is so disturbing. I was a teenager during this time (early 2000s) and suffering with an eating disorder. It's sickening to hear the insane expectations towards women's weight. So glad I've been recovered for many years.
Jamie King was a bad choreographer. Kept making her flip her hair all the way through. Also the stylist should have been fired too, a little hair clip could have avoided all that hair covering up her face.
If the designers clothes only look great on size 2 and 4, they are not that great at designing for women. They are just artists putting their artwork on a canvas but it has nothing to do with clothes and fashion.
According to Hollywood and model standards it probably is. Not for me personally though. I dream to be a size 12. I’m working on it but that might take a while…
It really depends on your body. My friend was a healthy weight and was a size 12. She looked amazing and was always full of energy. But for me at size 12 I was 20lbs over weight and battling pcos. Still really crazy to me but it proves that every body is different lol
The husband must be a moron for saying something like "please, don't lose your boobs and bum" and a healthy reply to that should be "please, don't lose your dick and tongue" 👹
