Indian is an American motorcycle Harley-Davidson is going down the drain because they're starting to make parts in whatever else outside the country therefore going back on their word that is an American-made motorcycle not to mention that woke ideology b*******
Our IMRG in Grand Rapids MI rode to the American Dunes Golf Course for our charity ride - this is where Folds of Honor was founded - a very moving experience to be there when they played taps at 1300, something they do every day there
That is my favorite Indian motorcycle. Persuit is nice too. At that price point i would go for the regular roadmaster limited 😊 currently on a road glide limited.
I went from a 2011 V cross country to my current bike. Way different but you mentioned the floorboards. One of the first things I did was install spacers to move those floorboards out. I rented a road glide limited last summer for a few days and really liked it. In one week I have a Pursuit rental for 5 days. Can’t wait! Good review. Oh I forgot to mention I also rented a 2018 Roadmaster two summers ago. I absolutely loved that bike!
That’s awesome…ride everything !😃 because you don’t know what you don’t know. For me, there aren’t too many models from HD that I feel ergonomically comfortable from the wide seating position to the high floorboards. Even if I were to get past that they don’t ride near as smooth as the Roadmaster and definitely not the Challenger/Pursuit IMO. Check back in after you give the Pursuit a spin I’d love to hear your perspective.
Nice well done video. Thinking real hard about buying one. I did sit on one at the dealer. Being that I am a little thicker. Did not like the back of the seat curving up in the back. Smashed the family jewels on the tank. Still thinking about getting one.
The new 2024 Road Glide is flat ugly and cheap looking no more painted inner fairing the tank is square looking jsut dont look good i just traded my 2019 Road Glide for a 2024 Pursuit i do not like Harley's new hand controls
Yeah, I didn't like the move by HD with taking away the different trim levels making everything a base model with the non-painted inner fairings. IMO they took a step backwards in that regard. It was a sneaky way to lower cost, which is good, but that's only for people that work on their own bikes for anyone else that has dealerships install parts IDK if there is really any savings over having the different trim levels like an RG/SG special vs the base... but I could be wrong. Congratulations on your Pursuit!
Hi Finesse. Just an off-topic question if that's OK. I test drove a Pursuit few weeks ago. Since I had no experience what so ever with Indian or HD bikes, I was surprised that the HD clutch was so heavy.... and the Indian was so damn light? I ride a 2020 Triumph Rocket GT with an hydraulic clutch, and the Indian clutch was even lighter than that. First few moments I even thought it was broken. Are all Indian clutches so light? Or was this one maybe a customized one? Grtz and thx for your videos man !!
As far as I know, all the IMC clutches feel about the same and yes, they are lighter and smoother (larger friction zone) in my opinion than most other bikes that I have been on.
You missed a small piece of the History. Before Indian, there was Victory for Polaris, The Second American bike that was in production. Then they purchased Indian. (Only for the name)
Copy that, and you can still see some of the Victory DNA woven into the Indian Motorcycle brand with some of the "new" models like the Challenger and Pursuit and the revamping of the Scout lineup as well. It was meant as more of a quick summary about the challenger than a complete breakdown.
I ordered the kit plus the extra extensions that I had on the screen. I am not sure exactly what I used but I did have one or two extensions left over.
LOL yeah, that's the first thing I notice when I hop on a HD, not that it's bad it's just different from what I am used to. Ergonomics go a long way for me when I am looking at riding a motorcycle for longer than a couple hours.
I was using a condor wheel chock and a floor jack with a wooden base... I am looking for a jack too, I've seen a few but they all have their respective issues with ease of use or storage. If I find something I like, I will have it on the channel.

Call me old school but.. where's the chrome. At least the pipe with a semi blacked out motor. That see.s to be the trend. other then that, the pipe is the only thing I don't like. A detachable rear seat would be cool too. Seriously looking into getting one. Looking at the 24 sport chief with the thunderstroke 116ci
Nice, I’m looking at the sport Chief too but, if you like the scout and want some chrome there are scout versions with chrome too just not the 101. I too am not a big fan of the exhaust but I’d change it anyways. Thanks for checking out the video 🤙🏿
Oh, It would be nice to have this Model RoadMaster, liquid cooled aswell, Be positive Indian Motorcycle's, This Guy is Bloody fussy doing this Road Test, Picking at this & that, At the end of the Day it's my opinion that counts not this Guy, Can't watch any more,
I love this bike and you are absolutely right it is the person's opinion that counts... I am simply detailing my thoughts on my honest, initial impressions of the bike, and given the opportunity I would add this bike to my garage without hesitation. IMC is the best American V-twin you can buy, at least in my opinion.
Youve got to admit, Since Indian Motorcycle's came under new ownership in 2012 ? Theve leeped froged H.D by miles, Aspesely this Model compared to H. D Electra Glide, a simerler model, This Indian motorcycle is full of Technology, Expensive yes, & The next MODEL up his liquid cooled , H.D are still thinking about it still,, 🤔🤔, Anyway. A brilliant motorcycle, no doubt about that, We'll Done Indian carry on the good work, God Bless America, 🇺🇸
I think IMC just gives the consumer a more complete product... not perfect but more complete. It is good to have options as a consumer and IMC is doing great things, I cannot wait for the 2025 Pursuit/Chieftain Elites to drop! Thank you and thanks for checking out the channel/video!
