My trolling motor has a plug on it. I have the receptacle on my ski. This allows me to easily unplug my TM and remove it using a quick release puck that is the base to the TM. That puck is then screwed to the Revolution platform. This is the same setup you would see on a boat. The length of that electrical power cord from the TM is determined by where you place your receptacle. Great question thank you 👍
My manufacturer said 6-8 weeks because it’s never good to overpromise and under deliver. But it could be sooner. You will get updates through my website and I’ll also post videos on my RU-vid channel so make sure you’re subscribed!!

It all comes down to the platform of the ski. Do you know of a Yamaha or Kawasaki that is more of a cruiser style??? Meaning not only is it wider and longer but that the storage compartment is accessible while you’re sitting on your ski. A properly self balancing system like mine has to have a strong front end. If the storage is right on the nose then a mounting system is not advisable. The Seadoo platform checks soooooo many boxes and really is just lightyears ahead of everybody when it comes to the fishing jetski. Now Yamaha and Kawasaki are ahead on motor, performance and electronics but that is their market. Which is performance like in their motorcycles. Seadoo is your large cruiser family style craft. Just my 2 cents.
Definitely go to my website. It is called oneoffoutdoors.com. There you can find out more about my products. Ordering starts tomorrow at 3 o’clock central time. Also, check out more of my videos at my RU-vid channel. Lots of good content and also lots of modifications you can do to improve your fish pro.
This is a video I just put out the other day, showing the manual deploy on the Terrova . ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7Ibq6qKa868.htmlsi=b1AvRQotHmATHhx4 There are many other videos on my channel, showing the remote control deploy on the ulterra as well.
The Seadoo Fishpro is becoming more popular. For me it replaced my kayak when I’m fishing bigger lakes, oceans and traveling greater distances. The trolling motor is my patent pending design and is 100% balanced on the nose of the ski. It is overall a massive time and money saver. I can go all day on 5-8 gallons of fuel. It goes 50+ mph. It stores, tows, launches and drives easily. It has a minimalist and individual mindset. With trolling motor I can go as shallow as I want. It’s crazy stable so I’ve been spotlocked in 6ft swells. Go to my RU-vid channel and check out some of the shorts and longer videos.
The JetSki itself sets about 20 inches down into the water. As with all Jetski’s, you do not want to fire up your motor in less than 3 feet of water because of the risk of sucking up material into your intake. But that’s where the trolling motor really Helps you out. Especially if you like fishing the shallow flats.
I use a telescoping paddle. That bar like the Explorer has though is handy. I so wish Yamaha would copy that platform, then make one that isn't absurdly priced.
It's look good but not perfect because I leave my ski in my back yard with cover and you cant cover with windshield.Need to take off and on all the time if with cover. No thanks
You can go to this website sealskincovers.com and get a cover. It’s made to fit the Explorer Pro or the Fishpro with the windshield. I have supplied you with the link below. sealskincovers.com/products/seal-skin-pwc-cover?version_2024-Sea-Doo-Explorer-Pro-with-Windshield
Everything you need to know about my latest battery setup can be seen in this video. It also covers my double live well setup. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KyYBdVI8ir8.htmlsi=wLH68ep80SpfhAxX
Awesome. No ice...that sucks. lol. thats why I just use and keep a fish basket clipped on my rear trolling motor mount on my fishpro. I too use a side mount livescope. Had no luck with crappie Saturday. Theyd follow it and bump it but not strike. 7 different jigs. Shouldve bought minnows that day... lol
Get ready brother. Looking at a release date at the end of July. Go and register at my website so you can get notifications on this mount. I also will have other products that will absolutely be must haves on your ski. Also go to my RU-vid channel and subscribe. I have some really easy and cheap modifications that will really help you as well.
So, is there any way to override the sensor in order to keep the captains chair set up all the time and do more than a few miles per hour? It's kind of a pain to break down and set up all the time just to move to another spot. Thanks!
This is a great idea! So this will bypass that sensor that prevents me from going more than a few mph? The seat post has nothing to do with it? I won't be riding on it, but it can be a hassle taking down and setting up all the time.
Awesome idea. My only concern for me is... luckily my "22 FPT has a defective seat sensor so I can leave it in and do 58 mph from cove to cove and not have to continuously put seat up / get seat out. It holds fine at that speed. With that bearing creating that gap I wonder if it will loosen my seat up enough that i flies off. lol. I mean it floats if it does but still.... great idea and I may try it. I like the backrest mod idea too. Going to check that video out now... Thanks!!!!
@One-offOutdoors - Can you tell me how hard the seat is to pull off the pedestal with this modification? I'd like to mod my seat as like you I'm in Oklahoma and spend a lot of time spotlocked livescoping in that seat and wish it was easier to swivel. Thanks!
I had this problem on 7/01/24 loss a 1 1/2 hrs fishing time 😢. But I am so glad that you posted this video brother 🎉🔥. Thanks from Savannah Ga. Going back out on the water for flounder 7/06/24.

The Yamaha, FXHO is not really a design that allows you to utilize the vessel to fish off of like the Fishpro. Oh you can fish off of any JetSki you want that’s for certain. However, the fishpros design is just really set up for a fisherman. It mainly has to do With the front end of the ski. The fishpros entire steering column lifts so your storage compartment is easily accessible and massive. The Yamaha’s storage bin really designed to be accessible when you have beached your ski. As a result the fishpros design allows you to utilize the front end of your ski for a trolling motor mounting system. The way the Yamaha is set up your storage bin lid would be compromised by not only the trolling motor mount but also by the trolling motor itself. it would simply just block it. Also, the Fishpro has a lot of fiberglass that is easily accessible to use as a solid platform to build on. The Yamaha and Kawasaki’s do not have that kind of front end profile.
Good to hear from you brother. When the ocean got rough, we were forced into the bay. We had a blast fishing the bridges. I found a to bunch of big bull reds out at Mid Bay Bridge. But I was out of Bait when I found them. Went back the next couple of days and caught the black drum and sharks.
I was actually fishing for bull reds. I caught him with a cigar minnow. It was on a Penn spincast 4000 with 30lb line. So that’s why it took 45 minutes to get him in. Needless to say the reel was trash after this. LOL
4 FOOT SEA STATE THAT IS JUST TOO FUNNY AND SILLY FOR WORDS FOLKS THIS BOY IS ANOTHER FINE EXAMPLE OF FAR TOO MANY WITH ABOUT AS MUCH BRAINS AS A TROLLING MOTOR BEING ABLE TO HOOK A FISH LISTEN TO HIM GRUNT OVER A DINKY “”BABY”” DRUM AFTER BEING TOLD HOW TO WORK THE ROD AND HE STILL DOESNT HAVE A CLUE AND SEEMS INCAPABLE OF ENGAGING AND OPENING THE DENSITY BETWEEN HIS EARS TO TRY SOMETHING THAT WILL INCREASE HIS ENJOYMENT OF THE SPORT THEN HE STICKS HIS FINGER IN THAT BEAUTIFUL ANIMALS EYE CAUSING UNNECESSARY PAIN THEN PUTS DRY HANDS ON THAT FISH AND IF IT ISNT HARVESTED THOSE DRY HANDS WILL VERY LIKELY DOOM IT TO A SLOW DEATH IF IT ISNT PREDATED THE ABSOLUTE IGNORANCE OF THESE THINGS CALLING THEMSELVES FISHERMAN IS DISGUSTING TOO MANY PEOPLE LIKE THIS SHOULD BE OUTLAWED FROM EVEN HAVING A ROD 😅😂😊
HEY MAN DO YOURSELF AND YOUR REEL A MASSIVELY BIG FAVOR AND TURN OFF YOUR CLICKER WHEN FIGHTING ALSO WITH YOUR POSITIONING LIMITATION GET A NICE FIGHTING BELT A LIGHT ONE WITH A DECENT DEPTH EMPTY PLASTIC CUP AND MOVE YOUR OFF HAND ( NON REELING HAND ) UP THE ROD CLOSE TO THE CLOSEST EYE ( EXPERIMENT WITH THAT POSITION TO FIND YOUR OPTIMUM SPOT -SOMETIMES-YOULL NEED TO ADJUST SLIGHTLY IN THE FIGHT SOMETIMES IN FRONT OF THE FIRST EYE WILL BE DEFINITELY BE OPTIMUM) THAT GIVES A TRIANGULAR POSITION WHICH IT IS MUCH STRONGER ITS FAR FAR LESS FATIGUING BY TRANSFERRING A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF THE STRAIN BY MAKING THAT OFF HAND ALMOST STRAIGHT AND PUTTING THE STRAIN TO YOUR BACK MUSCLES WHICH UNLESS THEYRE IS A PHYSICAL PROBLEM WITH YOUR BACK THOSE MUSCLES ARE ALWAYS STRONGER THAN YOUR ARMS GIVES MUCH BETTER CONTROL AND FINESSE IN THE FIGHT IS SUPERIOR IN SENSING THE STRAIN ON YOUR EQUIPMENT AND LINE ITS A VERY EXTREMELY COMMON MISTAKE THAT PEOPLE MAKE WHEN FIGHTING TO HAVE THEIR OFF HAND WAAAAAAY TOO CLOSE TO THE REEL JUST A SUGGESTION MIGHT WANT TO TRY IT I D BET BIG MONEY IF YOU DO TRY IT AND GIVE IT A GOOD TRY IT LL BE ONE OF THOSE SLAP YOUR FOREHEAD MOMENTS WHERE YOU WISHED YOU HAD KNOWN THIS A LONG TIME BACK HAVE SUBD GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN 😊😮😅
Not as yet. It really has to do with where your storage compartment is located. The Fishpro is the entire steer compartment. So this gives the nose room for a bracket and still allows access to storage. Send me a pic of your ski with the storage compartment open. Thanks
This is genius! I've long lusted over jet skis as a superior fishing platform but the problem has always been the need for a trolling solution for bass fishing. I think this is the answer. Nice work
Thanks brother. I’m starting to see other options out there but don’t be fooled. This is a patented pending soon to be patent product. All because of its design and engineering. The keys are balance, positioning and overall functionality. This system does multiple things and never puts even the most novice driver at risk. I have several videos on my RU-vid channel that everyone must see. This has been battle tested 100%. Rough ocean conditions, high speeds and airborne drops off some crazy waves. Brother you don’t even know it’s there. Thanks for your kind words and share all my videos. Go to my email to get more ordering information. It’s oneoffoutdoors@gmail.com. I also have a website under construction. It’s called OneOffOutdoors.com.
I know right. That’s just my natural speaking voice. I was a teacher for well over 30 years so projecting my voice is just something I’ve done forever. Then when I’m outside it gets even worse. And then if I get excited because I’m catching a fish, well, Katie bar the door and hold your ears. It’s going to get loud up in here. So having my listeners lower, the volume would be a lot easier than this old dog learning a new trick.. LOL Thanks for the comments. Have a blessed day.
@@One-offOutdoors Hilarious. My wife can be a loud-talker as well. She talks particularly loud when on the phone. If it is an international call, you better get your earplugs. I always tell her that she could whisper and the other person on the phone could still hear her. She is a teacher too!!
The engine doesn’t have to be on for your livewell to function. However you need to be mindful of how you consume your energy resources. There are two batteries on the Fishpros with livewells. But it can drain your battery and leave you stranded. If you are going to be at one spot for over an hour I would suggest idling your engine for about 10 minutes every hour to make sure it stays charged just enough to get you home. My ski is a 2021 model so I added an extra battery.
That’s awesome. Glad you all got to experience an up close and personal encounter. Enjoy the rest of your vacation. And keep watching OneOffOutdoors. 🤙
Wasn't enjoying this, thought u were gonna let it go. But then when u said u were going to eat it, it was all good. Never had shark.....does it taste better than chicken?
It has the consistency of pork. 3-5 footers are the best. They get tough above that size. You can grill just like pork or chicken. Very clean meat if properly harvested just like any other wild animal. We love to fish. Sometimes it’s catch and release. Most of the time, if it’s a legal size species that’s in season, yeah buddy it’s a meat haul for sure. Thanks for your comment.
