I am using a creation club mod because I haven't been to solstheim(? Dunno how you spell it) yet. But if you go and look up " xxxjarlsweetjoelxxx 's " video "how to get Telvanni/ Noleths robes" he tells you how you can get them in vanilla skyrim without mods if you care about trophies. Vanilla one you get the one at the end of the old friends quest but it's only 75% restore magicka faster. While his is 150%. If you don't care for using mods and having trophies, I got this mod that has argonian children at riften docks and windhelm docks and they sell stuff from solstheim, but they're are kind of expensive.
I miss my Skyrim, but I'm tired of not having trophies all because of the Anniversary edition upgrade of the game. And to think I was making a ton of coin from the plantation alone.
I have a anniversary on my ps5 and I'm able to get trophies, are you sure it's not because you have a mod downloaded from creation club? They told me they will not allow me to get trophies because I had one to fix the draugr eyes, and limitless dragon shouts lol.
