It CAN work and we have seen it work well, the only guaranteed action to get rid of a lipoma would be direct excision. But not everyone wants a scar on their face. We always offer both options to patients as Kybella can take multiple treatments.
The lift is customized for each patient, our goal is to align everything properly and remove the excess skin and tissue required to do so (we have three different levels of lift for this reason)

Oh no, please don't do it, far extruding nipples are the most sexy, and breast implants are never quite right either, they always appear too spherical and exaggerated, make a women look top heavy and they're a real turn off.
