What I don't understand is that when I change the traffic speed on the UI app, it resets back to default as soon as I'm done with it. I can't get it to save no matter what...

Replay records everything going on while it’s happening and for as long as you are recording, so if one session has multiple incidents etc, it will have them all recorded and then you can watch the replay playback, switch vehicles/cameras and view the various incidents as you like. I am probably not explaining this well, so I will make a video this weekend demonstrating and explaining what I mean.
I’m not sure this mod still works. But, there are so many things you can do with the game that it is well worth the price. I have several tutorials for finding and downloading mods. Be sure to check em out!
If memory serves, I believe there is a mod that lets you either swap receivers or has vehicles with additional receivers. Don't hold me to that, though. Search for "swappable hitches" or something like that I think.
I cant find the mods folder. I looked through everything and even got to the version folder however there is no folder thhat says mods. I only have flowEditor, gameplay, gameTelemetries, levels, replays, temp, and vehicles.
Try spawning in one additional vehicle, then use the radial menu to set the AI to traffic and that one car should act as traffic. If that works, then you can manually add cars until you find your breaking point. Of course, a lot of this has to do with the kind of PC you're running. Older, slower, RAM-challenged machines will have a hard time with traffic period. Hope this helps some!
Glad you liked it! I thought it would be fun to do something different at the end. It makes me want to do a video in slo-mo in reverse for crashes. Almost like a crash safety review video from the 80's Haha!
