what is the elevation of this property?... also, would be helpful if you'd enable the 'save' function allowing viewers to save your property videos to 'favorite' and/or 'view later' youtube section...
disregard my elevation question because i just saw that info in the description section and thanks for the prompt change of the 'save' function... i was able to put this clip in my 'watch later' section mere minutes after my suggestion above to do so...
This is not a for sale ad per se. We just park the videos here so the agent can add the link to MLS and the actual for sale sites that have the entire listing and contact info
@@johnsoncityaerialphotograp7201 i understand, however, it could work both ways... another words, a property video like this placed on youtube could create interest (as it really appealed to me) in a particular property by a yt user who happens to view it and is in a market for one... instead of a property listing on an agent's website which points to a yt video to provide more info, a video could very well serve to create interest/sale and for yt viewers to then seek out that listing agent... but it would help immensely if yt viewers could save the clip to favorite or watch later sections...
Started at $4,900,000 and now it is down to $2,920,000 what a joke. Everyone trying to gouge on pricing. Be lucking if this sells for even 2 mil til its over. Thinking its worth maybe a mil.
@@johnsoncityaerialphotograp7201 -- Not sure who you're talking to, but I'll take it. I've been buying and selling real estate for over 40 years. I've most likely pissed away more land than you've ever walked on. As for this property you have 22 cleared acres with one finish house, mobile home and one home under construction. To actually think that's worth 4.9M bucks is shear lunacy. Most of the land is not usable as it is nothing more than steep cliffs and ridge lines. Only thing that is good for is to look at and scenery is VERY SUBJECTIBLE. Even with today's 30% to 50% over inflated pricing this property isn't worth 4.9 million. That is nothing short of a lunatic's pipe dream and the proof in that is your 50% price reduction. Anytime anyone wants to be lied to or shit blown up their ass all they have to do is pick up a phone and call a real estate agent. Most of them are full of crap and have no clue what the hell they are doing. Remember, I said most.

$250/sqft = $625k (that's a stretch) for the house leaving $2,215K or $9.8K per acre. Good luck, I own a working commercial farm on the sacramento river, with water rights, 6 miles from sacramento, commiefornia and can only get about 15K an acre. I would guess that's going to sell for around $1K an acre in the end.
4 homes on 226 acres backed up against National Forest.. Haven't seen 1 acre for only $15k in many years my friend.. You may have to brush up on your appraisal skills, especially in California where RE is 4x what it is here in TN. Don't stress, I do the same thing with cars when a friend brings over their latest $80k truck and tell me they have a $1200 car payment.. Can't wait for the next election... :)
Yes you should be able to google the address and the various listings from RE sites and the MLS should come up or contact the agent for more information . We don’t list the price because they often update the price throughout the listings life cycle
@@idahoman325 probably because the prices change from time to time and we don’t have to go back to 50 different social media posts, 10 online ads and redo them each time.. .. If you’re truly interested in it then you’ll get off your lazy ass and call the agent and inquire about it

What is the listing price of this place? How far is shopping? Septic or sewer? Gas or all electric? When built? Source of water? Regular trash pick up? Flood risk designation, etc., etc....

@@readwriter maybe one day.. right now I rarely get a day off.. it’s 7 days a week , 4-6 shoots per day of real estate, tourism, backing up the wife’s weddings, and other live events. sometimes I get a 4 hr stretch where I can turn the phone off. it’s a good problem to have.. a blessing and a curse..
