Thanks for the great video. I have the exact saw but it does not even cut 6mm soft wood for some reason. The pipe hose air is also really weak. Any idea what’s wrong with it?
Hi my basic purpose is to cut out 12mm mdf words , is this enough? I'd like to connect with you & discuss you seem knowledgeable on this do you mind getting in touch let me know 😅
Can you tell at 7:00 min what you did in this video and what kind of tools you have...because I bought this same machine but this machine is vibrating too much...can you tell me the reason...
the thing which i'm holding is the pinless blade adapter which came with the machine. I've upgraded the blade adapters to much better and efficient ones. the video is there in my channel. vibration can be from many reasons check if you have the correct tension
I bought this machine today but my machine blades are cross fitted...7.14 you showed that screw clamp is also missing in the box...I bought it from one of my dealer...
I got mine from USA through a friend. try getting them from Jewelers market (a place where Jewelers buy coping saw blades) ask your local jewelers where you can buy.. such markets have 5 inch flat end blades. try once
I seen both of your videos what would you recommend buy ferm scroll saw and buy adapter and upgrade or jub another one if anothe one which one please help
Wow, nice work -- too bad they aren't more universal. I wouldn't have been able to fix the things you had to fix, like using a late to make the hole larger. Very impressive.
thank you.. if there was no option of using a lathe.. then I would have used a smaller screw.. but the system uses most of thee 16inch scroll saws out there..
@@darkfrost2412 sure, you can make one yourself by following the video..else i can make it for you.. :) everything for a price though.. mail me fridayviral@gmail.com
@@cicadainfo9748 sorry for the ill news.. try getting it replaced (if the warranty is not void).. as i said its a beginners saw, it works fine for me still
any type of hard wood should do it i guess, start breaking from on side and flip it once it cracks and break in the opposite condition. that'll leave the splinters straight. rather all bent..
Just wondering...Do ALL Ferm tools come in boxes that look like they've been thrown out the back of a van?? I ask because I had one come this morning and it looked tatty as well... I sent it back from wence it came...
You should be ashamed to have published this video. The camera work it terrible. out of focus and hands in the way. The music is obnoxious and unnecessary. There is no narration. The few captions are not helpful.
Hello Mario, if you have not upgraded the blade holder system, and are using the stock blade clamps follow the below process. you should be having the blade holder clamps (2 sets) for pinless blade which came with your Ferm Scroll saw.. (which are just 2 screws when tightened hold the pinless blade) 1. put the blade in one of it and secure it by tightening the screws 2. now slide the blade holder clamp into the bottom arm of the scroll saw ( make sure the blade fits into the slot in the bottom arm clamp) 3. once the blade is through the throat plate of the saw put the other blade holder clamp and secure it 4. now loose the tension on the upper arm and slide the other blade holder clamp into the clamp of the upper arm I know the instructions are not that clear, please message me on my facebook page so that i can show it with pictures
