I treat others better than I treat myself. The whole depression, low self-worth thing. I’m working on loving myself, though it’s been difficult when you’re brought up being abused and told you’re a waste. Again, working on it, 🙂
I watched this last week and found it helpful for myself but mostly for someone else who asked me for this type of advice 1day later. Thanks for the advice that passed through me to someone seeking just this exactly.
Hi Joan, so sorry that you have been so sick. Yes, we most definitely will be lifting you up in prayer. Hope you feel better very soon. God Bless you Joan!
Mr. Barnett as I knew him 20 yrs ago and now Lt.Col Barnett was one of my Teachers at Wareham High school and more so a big influence in my high school days as he was a influential mentor keeping me on the right path, pulling me aside talking to me (sometimes sternly) in order to keep my goals and dreams in perspective. Even til this day as I write this he has helped set the path so I can continue to be a US Marine , to achieve my goal at retiring from the Marine Corps where I have actively and faithfully served for the last 18 and half yrs. through late night text messages over Facebook giving words of encouragement and wisdom, this man is a true honorable, faithful person who no matter what race i respect and admire.
