went to a harvester the other day had a double patti burger that came with ribs & chips & some kind of gravy on the side , the ribs were cold so sent them back & the burger was not freshly cooked as described as the burgers were very dry & tasted like they were just reheated , i woundn't be to bothered if this meal was 5 or 6 pounds but it was 17.99

its a s simple as the fact they dont MAKE it, they get 90% of the food you consume delivered pre done, ie pasta on the salad cart, pasta in pre done packs etc. in short a lot of what you eat hasnt been created by the kitchen staff home made, its pre done. the only things back in my day and likely still do, would be wings, ribs and chicken. a lot of the stuff chef mick is an expert at lol. the harvester is basically an up market version of a sit in mcdonalds
