@claymcbunch1013 Yes, you can. The Char Griller comes with a pan so you don't hurt the smoke chamber. And the Old Country fire I grill on from time to time, and works great.
It’s not illegal. It was never illegal. It was illegal in Japan to export it to the United States. That was until 2012. They still won’t send any livestock. US ranchers started breeding them with US livestock, messing up the perfect DNA. So they banned us from receiving it. Far cry from being “illegal” in the United States
So true. I feel bad for Gen Z & Gen Alpha kids today. Instead of teaching Math English and Science they rather teach sexual orientation, gender identity, critical race theories and pronouns. No wonder kids here in America are miles behind kids in China, Japan, Korea and India.
@@mmc7173That's because they're WOKE: Whine Over Kinda Everything. Red meat has been around since the dawn of time, but they want GMO soybeans, with the entire destruction of an ecosystem required to obtain it.
Red meat is good for you although, having it straight over the fire like that, probably isn't... The Gospel is 1 Cor 15; 1-4. God bless you all, in Jesus' name. Amen.
The brisket turned out really well was juicy, but the flat was under cooked. I don't think that had anything to do with the with not trimming it, just the way I cooked it.
