there's been some comments recently which people claim they have done faster or have seen someone else done a better time (and some other ppl saying im cheating lol) I only have one response to that: If you don't have video that has been verified by speedrun.com (which is the legitimate website for speedrun) then this is the world record for Mania+ category in V08 and you should just stfu, and if you think im cheating then my video would not be approved by speedrun.com, again stfu get a life.
Its not like i added those sentences to the video after im done with playing, It was a live stream on twitch, you expect me to not react when something goes wrong cuz of a stupid reason? or not explain stuff when someone asks questions? If you dont understand these things then i guess you should find another 2 million score of Adam.
You might be playing on older version of the game like v04 or v05, This is v08 They added new moves for all characters in v07. You need to have the DLC: Mr.X nightmare, to play survival mode and unlock the new moves.
28:47 the start of the segment is ridiculous and you have to have well over 1000hrs in to this game to be that great with timing. I would say it prolly closer to 10k which they say it takes 10k hours to master things. I ran across these vids today cause i been playing a mania + play through and i kept feeling so cheated and getting my ass whooped and i looked up something and there you was. I realized after watching you play i almost can't believe you can play like this at this level and now i know what i need to do and learn the combos and timing.
I have +8k hours in this game, and yeah the timing is one of the most important thing to deal with enemies, also need to learn enemy's pattern and behavior. I'd suggest playing on mania for that, In mania+ things happens so fast you might not realize what did you wrong that you got hit lol.
if you slow down to .25 speed at 19:54 you can see they robbed you. it kinda exposes the issue with that character who can uppercut anything with the most insane timing that even when they get hit they still get a lick off you. The kick guy at 27:05
