I listened a recent Stock, Aitken & Waterman podcast about them. Ray has never really liked the combination of 2 Unlimited & ballads, and also not this song. Too slow; No one was already on the edge but gave some time to breath during live shows. Although Nothing like the rain gave them some credibility. "Anita could show she could sing", something like that.
Thank for the video, some pity that sound of showroom is very average ! Some pity for Anita, who is a wonderful singer. I regret that they dont sing together, it was a awesome duo, not being single.
