Why are most people taught to work for a wage or salary instead of working at a cooperative or employee-owned company? Most people feel like they'll never be rich working for a wage. I wish I could start a company. I feel tired after work and it makes me sad I wish I could do more.
100 percent employ owned does not say that everything comes back to them for their hard work. They can take as much as they want off the top in bonuses.
Step up and guarantee loans? Never had an ESOP transaction invoking a personal guaranteed on corporate debt. It takes money to become employee owned? From who? Not the employees, not allowed. For what? You mean the company cash flow-yes it takes money to pay off the bank, to pay administration of the of the plan for the employees, the valuation to update the share price, the trustee to determine the price and set it for the employees as retirees. But it’s minor cost. As a down payment? absolutely not. Unless they are part esop owned part management owned or some such &tge bank required a (full/limited) personal guarantee and a cash equity injection from the largest owners outside the ESOP. Preferably as subordinated debt lenders, if they’re Lee putting in their own “casH” as debt not equity: maybe with SARs or RSU or PS or even convertible debt
@@for-real-countrygirl4192 Exactly the same does my husband. His vision issues getting better, because of the injection treatment. He is now a vegetarian and does a lot of sports. Every year hey makes a laboratory blood check-up. We are living a normal life as a family
@@delafontaine also im very active. If I lay around I will literally feel worse and worse , get all ache and tired but if I am outside , I feel great Oh BTW. Does your husband have any issues with keeping his viteman D levels up? I have to the a supplement

I thoroughly concur; tx for this. I have read Dylan's autobiography, also Springsteen's as well; both written in the baroque style one would come to expect and was deeply impressed. What was unique about Tom Petty was his unerring ability to find the right person for the right job and just let them get on with it, so Conversations with Tom Petty, very high on my reading list. I know he knew it was inevitable that his personal life was going to go on display so Warren Zane's book was different, and necessary. But as a musician, this was the book!

What about MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN is greater, better, safer, calmer, healthier, or more prosperous than it was five years ago? Look at it this way; if there is a cancer ravaging your body and the doctors at the hospital prepare to cut it out does it make since that the patient’s family riot the hospital and threaten or kill the doctor, nurses and staff? Does it make since that now all the hospitals and clinics need armed guards?
