Yes when people commit suicide one of the main things they need to know is that those people that committed suicide felt that we were all better off without them in their lives. But this story is very intense and I'm glad you're covering it since I've known all about it since 2017
Just because you're prescribed drugs it doesn't change the chemical composition there is no difference. You can give a benzodiazepine a thousand names so people don't understand what they're taking in the end it's all the pessimistic humans always looking at the negative. It always shocks me how much I relate to your content. I also have mental health struggles and turned this on to distract me while I clean my house because I’m also in a low phase. I am currently struggling with a pounding heart and too high resting heart rate. I’m chronically Ill so mine is a condition I’m now medicated for. The cardiologist told me that if your heart is under any strain it will be worse when it’s cold as the heart struggles more as the temperature drops because it’s working harder to maintain blood flow to regulate your body temp. So if your starting to have any cardiovascular issues they will be more pronounced in winter. He said for most it’s not serious just a reminder that ur heart is under some strain and to maybe increase your aerobic activity or reduce the amount of cholesterol in your diet it’s not always due to something seriously wrong but can point to your heart being a little over worked. Also it’s been a little colder this year than the past few so a lot of people are experiencing rapid heart rate with less activity right now.
