Physician, author, speaker, researcher, consultant and host, Dr. Martin Rossman, M.D., DIPL. AC. Dr. Rossman is also a Clinical Instructor, Dept. of Ambulatory and Community Medicine at the University of California Medical Center, San Francisco; Adjunct Teaching Faculty, California School for Professional Psychology; and a consultant to the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at UCSF and Dr. Andrew Weil's Fellowship Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
Beautiful speech but all I could hear is an obnoxiously loud wet mouth sounds with every word. Maybe a different mic/mic cover and some background music can help.

I have all these symptoms but drs have always blamed stress or sleep deprivation. It doesnt matter what stress or non stress or how much or little sleep it occurs. Everyone has some degree of stress. But it will feel like someone hit me with a tranquilizer gun. I'm fine one minute then cannot stay alert and awake for nothing. It often comes on for about a minute and then I'm ok again but it causes extreme problems with work when boss criticizes you and threatens your job if cant get it together. I've tried explaining this to them but to no avail. Been fired multiple times for it. I will try to mention it in interviews but if they still dont hear you nothing can do.

This is not what I expected as a guided imagry, but I liked it a lot. The voice is wonderfully comforting and the message is very helpful too. It freed me from thinking of my body as a static thing, and more as a flowing process. I subscribed.
I appreciated the content of this meditation as being new to me - not occurred to think of my body as a process, not an it and I liked use the river with ever changing water to enhance my appreciation of this. I have MS and I’m currently focussed on trying to achieve some desensitising of the chronic pain I live with, using techniques including mediation. I think it will be helpful to make more use of this meditation🙂

Dr. Rossman is fantastic. I have been lucky enough to have been following and using his products for years. I have found his work incredibly helpful for me even for simple relaxation exercises. Thank you Dr. Rossman.
I have dealt with long term episodes of chronic fatigue/extreme brain fog for at least 6 years now. I do periodically go through periods of improvement. I wonder how much of this is related to inflammation/gut health/traumatic childhood. I am so tired it physically hurts.
Please recognize that chronic fatigue is a symptom of many conditions. Chronic fatigue SYNDROME is a multi-systemic illness will well-defined diagnostic criteria. The preferred term is myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME/CFS. People with ME/CFS experience extensive medical gaslighting because the medical community is so poorly educated about this condition. The CDC has a lot of great information on it, as do Stanford and Harvard. Please, please, please take the time to educate yourself about this horrible disease.
Educate & be our own detective, investigators, experience our own tests to figuring out what daily activities , chores, demands , ORDERS from family, clients, Spiritual leaders suggestion to pace ourselves, push our selves to Study the Holy Bible more & BE Mindful of adding more assignments to each day 😢😢😢😢 Yet, take Responsibility to get your own Laundry Done? Clean things, vacuum things, wash your transportation inside and out to be average proud of, sit down & focus on all responsibilities that need regular changes. Maintaince of one's LIFE. BY. 😢😮😢😮

I hate to say it, I am becoming couch potato, but I am trying to overcome this. However, because I did take care of me in the past, 5'3", 146 lbs, I am listening to see if I can overcome my current issue, which is not enjoying anything at all.
Wow, Dr. Rossman, I have lowered my BP with your breathing suggestions and listening to your other videos. I stopped the Lisinopril and Lipitor which made me very sick and gave me a cough that would not stop. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, or is it the bottom of my thinking brain. You are the best.🌹🙏
