That’s a tough one to answer, without testing the Logitech Z407 myself and hearing the difference it’s hard for me to comment. However looking at the specs, both have very different connectivity.. the MR4 uses Analogue only with the input bonuses of RCA or TRS which is great for music/editing/studio use but the Z407 has Bluetooth and uses micro usb and standard audio jack for input. Driver wise the MR4 has 1 inch tweeters and 4 inch woofers.. the Z407 has a 7 inch woofer plus 2.5 inch full range drivers. Obviously the MR4 has a standard 2 x speaker build but the Z407 is a satellite/subwoofer build. Honestly looking at both from a details perspective I’d say for that little bit extra price wise it’s worth going for the Logitech Z407 as it has a more all round, deeper sound, more range thanks to the design and also the added bonus of the wireless dial. However as I always say, it’s down to personal preference, what you’re using it for and what your setup is like layout wise.. for me the MR4’s are perfect but for someone else a different system might benefit. It’s so detailed and heavy duty quality wise! I’m trying to decide whether to have it displayed with BD-1 on a shelf somewhere or on my monitor shelf on my main setup 😅
t's a nice little speaker set with adequate sound for my desktop PC. HOWEVER... (and if I had known this I would not have bought it!) every single time you switch it on you will hear AT MAXIMUM VOLUME a Chinese woman's voice yelling something incomprehensible (I think she is supposed to say auxiliary but it sounds like "annual x mount" or some such. SO VERY ANNOYING! and frustrating as Majority have told me there is no way of turning that off! There is no App available to control this speaker via your phone. I assume there is no way to update the firmware on this device either. And on top of this, you also get a Chinese voice announcement of "Power off!" when you switch it off, be it a little less loudly than the power on... I would definitely not buy this again and I'm quite disappointed with Majority, as my first product from them was a soundbar for our TV and that works really well. How on earth can Majority think this is something people would want, I have no idea!
Hey can you connect these speakers with external Subwoofer? If Yes then is it a easy process or kind of tough process? (Will be using these for Mac Desk Setup, Not Windows)
Hi there, thanks for your comment. So the MR4’s don’t actually have a subwoofer output due to them containing a 4inch subwoofer already and a class D amplifier meaning they are normally fine on their own. I’m not sure if there is another way to hook up a subwoofer via splitting the RCA’s or buying additional audio equipment but I would say it’s best to avoid and use what is built in already. Hi, I think for me the MR4’s definitely give a better depth of sound especially for the space I’m using them in! You can find a few comparison reviews online that go into massive detail but for me id pick the MR4’s

@@DarkMatrixZero how is that an upgrade from the 1280's? or is it slightly better in sound than the 1280's.. I'm confused between 1280db and mr4's for my 43 inch tv mainly for listening to soundtracks and songs and occasional movie watching.. Pls advice
Empi! Syberia is such a beautiful game I would recommend. It’s point and click style wise and has such a beautiful music soundtrack, environment design, everything
It’s a lovely collectors edition, I like that a lot of the items are physical and not just all digital because I hate that. I like to have things to display etc ☺️

Thanks for your comment! I swapped to a Superwide as I use different parts of it for different things, basically like a dual or triple screen setup. When gaming depending on what I’m playing I can choose the field of view or how much of the screen I want to use ☺️ I find playing/working/creating on it quite an enjoyable experience
