I remember well a Mexican woman that I would order vegan stuffed poblanos from. I cannot wait to try this recipe. Finding poblanos where I live is difficult, but I can improvise.
@@buffman09 to be honest I would try to condition your taste buds to more raw foods combined with salt. Tofu is processed and requires heat/oil and is generally not the best whole food source. Raw food will make you feel whole if you can make it a staple of your diet. Avoid yeast at all costs, I have observed yeast in the blood and it is a major factor in dis-ease.
