Imagine having money to pay off student loans, then going to buy land. Then going bankrupt and losing the land but keeping the student loans. This is unnecessary risk, you never know what tenant don’t pay rent, if you get sued/need to sue someone, fix something that insurance refuses, ect. This will work for 1 out of 10 people. If you make it a requirement to hire nurses at a residential care facility and expect prices to double and price out most people who can barely afford what it is now. It's funny how people say it's mind-boggling, without any knowledge and the effects.
honestly this is a really misleading video. if the mv7 was as you said "coming in hot" that already is not a good reference point. the way you did this- somehow the rode mic sounded the cleanest, this is not necessarily the reality of things. same video with equal gain (not necessarily the same fader levels) will make sure you can actually reference the mics. and Stands! holding a mic will always add completely unnecessary noise. amazing vid, great image quality.
