Dear Wei H Thank you for your question. Hot liquids is a very difficult subject on vacuum packing machines. Due to the vacuum, hot liquid boils over very fast. The MULTIVAC BASELINE Series is the basic series of our machines. It is defined for simple applications. Therefore, it has no detection of the boiling point of the product. To answer your question: No we can’t recommend to pack hot liquids with the shown P 200.
