Hold on man,ive gotta stop you at the part of how eating meat is "taxing". From personally dieting on only steak and from studies done on those who only eat meat, energy is far more abundant and consistant for most people. There are some cases where eating only fruits and vegatables is healthier for people...but in a study done last year with roughly 2000 participants, nearly everyone became healthier, had more energy, gained more muscle mass, diabetes cases and the severity went down, focus was improved, from staying on a cernivore diet...i dont have the exact numbers to show but look it up. One of the more well known colleges did the study...Now From personal use, when i only eat meat, im far more energetic, focused, and confidant. If i eat meat AND CARBS, im definitely more tired though and those benefits arnt nearly as strong. Meat and veggies is sometimes a good balance for me but ive found after staying on a steak diet for a week then eating vegatables, the vegatables end up giving me a huge spike of anxiety. And theres science to back up plants arnt exactly healthy to eat for most people when you delve deep enough into it. Look up the channel what ive learned, he really breaks down the science of how foods work in a very unbiased way, its very informational and he exposes a lot of the biased food information that has been released
I had go re-upload this video due to some audio issues but before i took the video down initially, someone else commented on that same part in the video discussing nutrition. I learned through their comment that what you and him are describing is called "The Lion Diet" where an individuals entire dietary pallet consist solely of meat and salts. I did a little light digging and found it was actually a viable meal plan for increased levels of focus energy and optimal bodily functioning. However, you have to eat ONLY meat meaning no chips no snacks nothing. So i agree with you that there is some merit there but most people consume more then solely just meat on any given day and thats why it is encouraged to maintain the more traditional mixed diet because it is a more realistic meal plan for most people to adopt. @@NenUser12_ true, anything else does throw off the effects of the diet. Not exactly the easiest to maintain but it can be worth it. Another thing to note, ive heard when you maintain the liom diet for a long time and deviate from it, massive anxiety attacks and depression can happen. Yeah nutrition is an interesting thing...and everyones different so what works for some doesnt work for everyone.. experiment and find whats best for you! and your welcome, thanks for being open to the feedback and thanks for the great response
but... you are using wrong z library... the thing you showed us looks like pdfdrive true z library has like no ads? but you can download only 10 books daily unless you pay for premium. true z library has more books then pdfdrive
Suprisingly, the website has actually gone through a slight change where it openly is acknowledging that the website is currently offline at the moment- but as of right now we have no timeframe as to when or if it will be back up.
@@poornimasalian308 I was using Tor Browser however in such a situation it isnt the browser that is causing the issue but the server domain for the website itself. In other words- the website is down no matter what browser you are using.
Thanks brother, i just checked out Z Library on Tor Browser and got a notification saying its been seized and taken down by the FBI so i guess their just cracking down on all the free information sites
he published many books this one only mentions the date greys will attack us ............ I have read many books from him one other mentions that the anunnaki will return in 1st december 2022
Fascinating claims. It certainly is something to look forward to. Humans have messed up themselves and the Earth. The gods of various religions too have failed. With only four months left to "judgement day" it is a time for personal reflection, for those that are afraid to die anyway. I would like simply to look into the sky and see a Hollywood style space station crafted by extraterrestrials.
Not only that, but even if the “judgement day” claims were wrong. We still have to ask the question, what is the relation between the Anunnaki and other extraterrestrials with the bible and the origin story of creation? Are they the serpent in the garden who gave us wisdom? Is the God of the old testament really the Demiurge? The mystery only really deepens.
