Maybe different installation process for your truck but every timbren I have ever installed requires bolting to the mounting bracket/area. If you leave them the way you had they are subjected to just falling out. Does your truck not have the hole to mount? I saw the bolt on the timbren.
I finally got the bottom out after taking half the center console apart. I took everything apart exactly as described and heated it twice just as shown. It still won't work and now the cd player won't work either. I give up.
i need to replace the rear emergency brake pads . Seen a few vids on here from mostly phllipines or thailand.......looking for one with a bit clearer english instructions and if possible, the canadian part's prices for the do it yoursefer.
Is this still working well? Wondered whether it might put too much strain on motor compared to original plastic wheel slipping (which I figure is a bit like a clutch).
There are engine “ flush” fluids that you can run in mixed with the oil for about 5 minutes before draining the old oil to help break up and flush out sludge. Sort of unnecessary for a well maintained engine ie regular oil changes
Very neatly built with precision cutting using router. However this kind of equipment isn’t normally available to DIYers. Also the gate doesn’t seem too sturdy.
These are different models. The 1 you have from lowes is a smaller chassis and engine combo with the same size 52" deck. Lowes sells the same bigger 1 too. At leaat the lowes in my areas do as they have both the smaller and bigger 1 plus the onyx one. 😂
Did you check the date stamp on the one from Lowe’s? They are always selling previous years models .. I returned mine and got a BadBoy Maverick HD, WAY NICER Machine!
That was a great fix! Mine had no am/fm for years and I used Sirius xm. But last week my speakers started cutting out every 5 seconds. This fixed all my problems.
Well..... I "GUESS" That's not a BAD IDEA, 🤷♂, However those are SEALED BEARINGS from the Factory. I suppose it'll work, but again, Sealed Bearing's are Just That, and they are Made for the Application, If anything I would Cross reference those Bearing's with a Better Part # / Brand and Just Replace the Bearings if you are gonna go that Far to Tear it Apart like that. Then, what I would Do rather than FILL That whole Cavity with Expensive Grease???? Buy yourself some FLUID FILM, Or WOOL WAX and Spray the Inside Cavity with it before you Replace the Bearing and Put it back together and for OVER KILL SPRAY the NEW Bearings before you Install them. It'll Keep the RUST Away and you want be waisting your Hard earned MONEY On GREASE Needlessly. Just my "OPINION". But a Good Video on Installation of a ZERK FITTING. And I Like your Grease Fitting on the end of your Grease Gun...... Is that a LOCK N LUBE???? Nice...
Big Thank You for this video. Yesterday after 12 years my radio start to cut out sound in my 2012 Ram 1500. Used heat gun, count to 4 on each side and radio working fine now. Thanks.
