Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for your comments. My driven of the SIMIT videos is to use the SIMIT 'Demo' version to show the applications. This can guide the new learners to engage and easily join in. However, more and more valuable applications have to use licensed SIMIT and the license is so expensive for personal user. BUT, yes my friend, I will see more applications of SIMIT, especially the applications by using SIMIT Demo version.
Basically no, not regular do module, you have to use the CPU 'PTO' output. The regular do can not do high frequency, and it will cause your step motor has to run very slow or miss the speed command.

Hi There thank you so much for your vidoes, you are doing great job. I have just a quick question Is touch panel version related to TIA Portal version? I mean I had similiar problem TP1200 its version is V16.0.0 and it is programmed TIA Portal V17. I opened it TIA Portal V19 and I cant download anymore I got the panel images error. In my case do i have to install TIA Portal V19 images to my tia portal and try to donwload HMI after that. Is this the right way to follow? Many Thanks
The actual version is not the TIA Portal version, it is the HMI hardware revision as shown at 2:30. You need to find the HMI image revision correlated to your HMI hardware configuration revision.
You can change the settings for the 'target address and modbus address' to switch the communication target, OR , can multiple ModbusTCP Client FB and instance DBs to communicate with different target.

Actually I don't need a client to request data. they only aim to send data to the server (PC) directly. Without having to communicate between another client
The servo drive homing is a hard topic. If a RU-vid channel is an organization or a company, homing how-how is their competence, in comparison, if a RU-vid channel is a personal channel, it is really really hard to present this because it needs real servo and mechanical system, need many times to setup the equipement and explain the concepts behind but the view of the videos would be just hundreds per year. Therefore, finding a qualified video that thoroughly explained this homing topic would be rare. What I'd like to say is that, read the manual carefully and practice in your applications. Find the correlated homing scenarios matching your case (fix stop home, cam sensor homing, z-mark home, direct home, etc.) . Note that handling this knowledge is not easy and is free to get. However, manual documents and deep research studies are effective solutions.

Hi i use method two in my project, i use 5 different FC's for 5 conveyor by controlled analog value. So i create a time of day interrupt and when time is arriaved i moved a value to QW of two conveyors in time of day interrupt (OB10). But it didn't work because i used qw value for FC's output at main function. Like you did, i assign to temp veriable of two conveyors output and its work it. If I want to implement such an application, should I solve this situation by setting the temp or is there another way?
I think you need comprehensive understanding on the temp variable, interrupt, FC call. It is hard to describe and explain via word unless you could show your program and program structure.
