Thank you , Thank you , Thank you for this Tutorial on Buckwheat pasta. We will be making this 🙂 As buckwheat flour is the only Flour she can eat. As she is Allergic to gluten and rice. SO thank you ❤
I don't know if it's the Bearing or the motor or the drive system but it is a very loud/noisy machine. Perfectly functional though. I guess you could wear headphones to listen to music to drown out the noise. Brilliant idea to connect a digital readout to your handpiece. I'm still trying to figure out what the Clamp on the handpiece handle is for ? To lock the handpiece down to the platen or allow it to freely rotate on the platen ? Very nice. It's amazing what you can cook up in the kitchen !
that digital unit is permanently set as well, that means it holds relative 0 until i reprogram it.. The noise is due to the yolk. Wich i made using 2 full 1/2 inch 4 bolt pillow flanged ball bearing blocks and one ball bearing in between. along with the geared belt puleys (3 of them)
Thank you.. I am still trying to figure it all out. Working in a sub zero environment (in the unheated garage) with one hand filming and a severe disabilitating condition that has recently risen.....called "CHARCOT-MARIE-TOOTH" desease is not helping me at all.
Nice work, I helped design your machine, The GFM-818. I did not make it though. You seem to have the original design, which is best. I hope you got a good one.
I sort of designed the machine and built it in my mind as i was trying to figure out how to cut stones during the start of Covid. And i built the machine in my kitchen... (3d immagoination)... sounds funny but really. Tne mast and handle i am using now.. the base is made in china but I had to radically modify it all around as it was a very very poor design and poorly made ( very low quality all around. I changed the gears, My own angle control with a digital angle finder and displacement measuring tool all added. even with all the modifications i did this mast and arm are still very very poor and i have to compensate in many ways. for now i will try to continue improving it until i can build a better mast and arm myself or buy a different one.
@@thecave.-.kovadis Hello friend, I need abrasive discs. These discs are not available in our country. Is it okay if you send them to me from there and I pay you for them? I have very beautiful stones that need to be processed, such as crowns and I even have a natural diamond stone, but I cannot process them, I do not have discs, can you help me with this?
LOVE YOUR COOKING BUT IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE A BIT OF A RECIPE I TRIED TO MAKE HERB AND GARLIC ACCORDING TO WHA I THINK I HEARD YOU SAY BUT IT TURNED OUT TOO SALTY AND TOOO MUCH VINEGAR AND TOO HOT SO ITS A SHAME BECAUSE I OBVIOUSLY GOT MY NUMBERS WRONG, I FEAR IVE WASTED ALL MY HERBS ANY WAY LOVE YOUR RECIPES
Hi how have you liked the machine you are using ? it is one of the Chinese ones ? think I recognise the mast. Would it be a good choice for a starter machine ?
Well, I could hardly hear a lot of this. And btw, Nordics soaked salt-cured fish in lye-water to restore it for eating purposes; after storing the fish planks in a shed during winter months. This isn't available for regular eating of meat. Wow. Fluff.
Hi here in Trinidad we called that kutchula and when we used the cut up mangoes same procidure we called it anchar....i will heat the oil and let it fry a couple minutes and let it cool and then bottle it up...❤🙏🇹🇹
