Hi, if i get an enhanced dbs check, then pay for the update service, will this carry on to a new employer? So i don't need to get a new one if i change jobs?

DBS Update Service is an online subscription that allows individuals to keep their DBS certificates up-to-date and allows employers to check a certificate online, with the individual’s consent. The service costs £13 per year and offers several benefits, including the ability for employers to see if any information has changed since the certificate was issued.

This is something I've been pondering myself and it comes up when I look at my cat staring at me. How do animals think. Humans have voices (some at least) and abstract thought, what does a cat or a new born baby have in their thoughts? I reckon a new born would have some sort of recollection of sounds and senses from being inside the mother? Those recollections being exchanged with new sensory data and as the brain develops actual thought.

My question is why babies shouldn't sleep free like adults😊
@londonschoolofchildcarestudies
Swaddling can be particularly beneficial for newborns, especially those who were tightly confined in the womb, as it provides them with a sense of comfort. Additionally, newborns have a startle reflex that can easily wake them up.
