I traveled there from a Paper workshop in Monte Castello Di Vibio. I was very impressed with the quality. They also do demonstrations of mixing the paints. You have to schedule in advance. I didn’t so sadly did not have that experience

Hi! My birthday is on the 19th also (Sept. 19th) and my last name is Gallo! But I did not get any A. Gallo paints. And my daughter is doing a semester in Florence, Italy and I have asked her to drive 3 hours (on public transportation) to Assisi, Italy to the A. Gallo store for my birthday or Christmas gift and she said too busy studying for 4 classes:(. So please enjoy for me, too!
I hope all three of you are ok, it is so stressful when beloved pets are ill! Thank you for a lovely video! Gallo colours are so lovely and smell so good-I have treated myself to quite a few , and as expensive as they are they are a treat! But I suspect they are not as pigment loaded as the colours made by bigger brands like Scmincke. After having used them for only a week I noticed deep ” wells” in the colours so I fear they will not last as long as my more conventional watercolours. But they are so lovel I forgive them and will only use them for special occasions I think.
Sorry to hear you were ill and I am glad you are all better now. That wooden palette is a lovely birthday gift😍 I love A Gallo paints so much and they smell so nice with the rosemary. The Tintoretto brushes are my favorite synthetics. The travel size makes it easy to take a variety of brushes without raking up a lot of room in your kit. I hope you have a lovely time at the beach😘
Hello, I love your videos. Glad you are feeling better. I always thought that A. Gallo was this hidden secret gem that I was lucky to have found. They are starting to be more readily available which is wonderful! They are such a rich lovely watercolor.❤ Thank you for sharing them 😊
It’s the watercolourists dream to have a big fat brush that does all the lines, and so we keep collecting them hoping we will get one that works. And then when we do, we still want another one! Ha ha! thank you for testing this one and sharing the beautiful colors. As always, love your videos.❤ ps I also really enjoy the Baohong paper, but please consider purchasing from someone other than temu, as they support vendors using dead bondage (aka slavery or indentured servitude) and have absolutely no ecological or humanitarian guidelines.
Lovely to see you back, sorry to hear you've all been unwell. I was painting with my A Gallo paints today, they're my absolute favourite alongside my Roman Szmal, Deep Deep Light and Schmincke Horadam sets.
I love A. Gallo watercolors. I’ve got a set of 48 and their dot card. I started with 24 and recently added another set of 24. In a few days I’m going on a road trip to the Eastern part if the US and am taking them with me. The leaves should be wonderful.
Happy belated birthday! I love A. Gallo watercolors! I bought my first A. Gallo watercolors this past summer, the Signature 1 set of twelve. I also received a Tintoretto travel brush, the no. 6 size, and it has become my favorite brush! It is just the right weight for my hand and it holds a ton of water and pigment! I hope you enjoy your A. Gallo watercolors and Tintoretto travel brushes as much as I do mine. Happy painting!

For anyone who’s interested, I bought these just now from Amazon uk for £24 with free postage. I think that was great as they are £35 plus postage from Jackson’s in London. I’ve never seen such a beautiful set of complementary colours, yummy indeed! Lisa
Your cat is hilarious! My cat, “Chewie” sits on a stool in my pottery shed while I glaze or sculpt, he loves it and so do I. He’s my little pal, keeps me company in silence as I create! There’s nothing nicer than having a friendly puss to oversee things as you paint! 🤗
My cat is named “Chewie” too. Originally he was named Fígaro since he is a tuxedo like from Pinocchio. Then it turned to Figgy Wiggy, but out of the 6 brothers and sisters, he is the only one that likes to chew on fingers and toes, ankles and nose and even on your scalp and hair when it’s time to eat. Chewie Woo-E was just more fitting lol. ❤

I'm in love with and so inspired by your beautiful illustrations! I love seeing the swatches side by side with the mini paintings that showcase how you use and mix the colors. Also Jay Blue is an amaaaazing color. One of my absolute favorites.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful journals! They are very pretty and your art is beautiful! My journal is all over the place. Color swatches, scribbles and finished artworks side by side. If I'd try to journal like you do, I would be afraid to ruin it with every new page 😅 but i looove the look of it! ❤
This palette is gorgeous 😍 I absolutely love it for autumn and your vignette using the various colors is ever so charming and also helpful to see how they can actually be used. Somehow I missed this video in my notifications, but it was lovely to watch it as I enjoyed the cool night air that has finally arrived here! My birthday is also in September ( best month of the year) and is exactly one week before yours. I treated myself to a collection of blue pastels from Girault - hope you were able to indulge a little as well.
