This is my first year raising chickens and theres lots of coyotes where I live but I worry more about the hawks because theres a lot of them to.

My county has a bounty on cyotes.. It was 50bks a pelt..

Also they will kill your cat, small dogs and be a nusiance to farm animals.

I just shot one right outside my chicken coop. He didn't even get scared with the sound of the squeaky door opening. Now he's dead and I have a nice pelt.

I blast at least one coyote a month. They have no natural predators to keep them in check, and multiply like rats.
