I use baskets from the Dollar Tree to keep like items together and from getting lost. They have so many sizes for $1.25 I was able to store things cheap.

Australia 🇦🇺 here in a previous video you asked what other vegetables you could use, have you thought about cucumbers they are low in calories and are great as a snack with any dip or the ranch dressing you Americans love also green beans blanched for 3 to 4 minutes and mixed with canned 4 bean mix are good you can add pasta and have a quick and easy salad with whatever dressing you like and it's healthy too. All the best in your wellness journey I don't like to use diet because that puts undue pressure on you.

Congratulations on your weight loss! One of my families favorite vegetables is roasted broccoli. Cover fresh broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Roast it at 425 for about 15-20 minutes. It gets kind of crispy and is so good.

Thank you! Yeah, actually I was just talking about that with my husband on Sunday. I made a really simple veggie pasta bake and I was thinking, it wouldn’t be any extra work to just make extra for leftovers.

I think if you choose one thing or a couple small things throughout the week it could help. Like the tables but 1 or 2. Sweep the couch. Clean toilets, put in a load of laundry in the morning and in the dryer at lunch. Have the kids help some when they get home they could sweep/mop a room, that way now that school is in you could have more weekend time together.
I have to say I like the way you put your lunches together. I hope the kids really enjoy it. My question is I live with someone who does not want to change your eating habits. What should I do? Your opinion?
Thank you! Well I would say that you can only change your habits and cannot force others to change. Focus on you and how you eat and hopefully the other person will see how you are making changes and want to change too. Or, they won’t and that’s up to them.

Woah, this video really helped me. I'm on day one of losing weight, again. It's like my attempt #100. I've always struggled with my body and food and always related to stress just like you said. Now I'm almost 30 and have a very bad fatty liver and I'm purely doing this for my health, not like before that was straight for how I looked and all that. It's gonna be a struggle but I just don't wanna keep on hurting my body, I really enjoy living nowadays with my family unlike when I was young. Thanks for the video, really hyped me up! I don’t know how long your celery last but from back in the day, my mom and I do this when I have celery is when you cut your celery don’t cut it down so small just leave it in maybe smaller stocks yeah my handheld size and put them in jars of water. They do stay crisper and last longer just a thought.
