This channel is about everything that I like to do from fishing to running chainsaws to boating to repairing vintage microphones and more. I shoot most of my movies by myself with a canon DSLR rig and an iphone 5s and edit them with an imac and final cut pro X I allow ads on my site to help pay for some of the equipment I use and the large amount of time I spend shooting and editing. Thanks for your support.
it so inspiring to watch your channel , i started watching your channel because of the old fishing reels . I love how you repair and modify old stuff keeping it looking good or better than new.
I've got a 1984 XL 600 motor on a 1983 XR 500 frame etc the sprocket I thinks from the XR. It's bigger, and I think it's messing with the motor. The motor revs high and runs hot burning oil, I'm wondering if the sprocket is causing the engine to run high and hot. Stock sprocket on the XL is 43 prong I believe.
Bought this saw for limbing a tree in a man lift ,cut lots of branches ,then next day cut them up smaller. Went through a 4" branch hardwood. Light and easy to use. Great addition to all the Makita cordless tools i have.

@LiveFromCenterStageConcerts 0 seconds ago I was looking for recordings with RCA 77-DX and I found it here. Thanks so much, amazing job! Here is a recording I did a few years ago with the RCA 77 DX ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-L5h3nWCjOv4.html
Hi , im from Massachusetts. I love what you created. I dont know what you charge to prfrorm your work. I have 4 of these reels one Basically new in the box. Two in great shape one ok but the one i would be intrested in having work is a 2 speed version of these reels. I dont know if you still do this kind of work but i like what you've created .
I had a Victor way back when, kitted to 500cc and fitted with a down pipe and reverse-cone megaphone. Bit tricky to start when cold, but it made great sounds! Alas, it didn't handle very well, had average (for the time, meaning mediocre) suspension and LOUSY brakes. But it sounded and looked great, and it was 1969, so my standards weren't very cultivated yet. I sold it and bought a new CB450, the second generation one with the pretty tank and disc brake. Kept it for a long time, upgraded the suspension, exhaust and tires/wheels and put over 80,000 miles on it. I'll bet it's still running someplace...not very likely so with the Beezer. Still, it did look and sound good...
Was that issue with the ball joint catching only while it was jacked up? I assume so bc u didn't act like it was to big of a problem. Just wondering bc I'm looking to put this exact 2.5in kit on my 96
how did the rough country suspension hold up? when lifting over 2 " im sure you now know its important to replace the uca so that you can achieve that clearance.
Well done mate! I will check out an unrestored -71 runner in a couple of days and having the sound of this well sorted 350 as a reference will be very useful.
I see you went with the orange peel look. LOL. Practice makes perfect. The harbor freight Spray guns work fine with just a little steel wool, and super fine sandpaper and elbow grease. We use Princess Auto spray equipment, it's about the same caliber...
I wish we had a commercial 1)24 scale bug track like this in my town/city that car looks like it would fly at full speed and i would lvoe to race 1/24 scale combine hobby of model car building and slotcar racing all in one
Good Mosquito Control that Motor. My Brother had one of those 50 yrs ago. It always overheated, and changing the pump on the Propshaft didn't help. He was 12, I was 13.
Took my little Omega zo2 into Turner's Outdoors for new line & the guy behind the counter, who sells high dollar reels, said it was a great little spincaster. (It takes 125yds of 4lb test)
Around 1974/1975 in the UK there was BSA B50MX American specification bike in my local motorcycle shop . It had a yellow tank , one into 2 exhaust and sat unsold for about 2 years , it cost £360 then .
@@desotosky1372 I went to trouble of splitting the case to blow out any dirt that may have been causing heat buildup. There wasn't really anything in there besides a bit of dust. Had to get the Echo 3400 back out as I can't deal with the frustrations the Makita often causes. Gas just doesn't care. Battery saw concept is sound. Execution still sorely lacking.
