I remember seeing her works in the Waikato Mueseum 1987 and being enthralled with her colour and brushwork. Such an inspiration. I succintly remember reading in a description of one of her paintings quoting a line written in a letter to a friend, "I think I have finally figured out how to capture the light" or something to that effect.

Rita was such a talented artist. I'm just learning all about her at the moment. Imagine what she could have achieved if she didn't have to deal with the grinding poverty that haunted her.

They’ve put out a lot of material and jammed a ton, there definitely has to be some recordings of them listening to each other buried in the mess of scratchy black and white cassettes. Besides, they already listen to themselves in their own way.
