I actually found that hand tightening with two 1/2 inch wrenches is the BEST way to get the squeaks out - an impact can only go so far, hand torquing seems to really make the biggest difference.

There could be a few reasons for this! You should chat with your dealer to see if you can find a cause for your issue, we have noticed this on some Icon EV’s but it typically breaks down to unevenness in the tires. Sometimes they may sit too long at the factory - either way it’s covered under warranty and your dealer will get you taken care of.
Another possibility is the shocks. Also covered under warranty, obviously. I understand that a new golf cart shouldn’t have issues - but after driving and inspecting hundreds of Icon’s, I can tell you that they are much less bumpy than most other carts on the market! You may also invest in aftermarket tires, actual car tires being the highest quality, they’re about $100-$130 apiece. But they will last forever because car tires are rated for many thousands of miles, and they won’t be going over 30mph at any given time
These are not lead acid batteries @gsp49! If purchased from us, it would cost roughly $1300 to replace your AGM batteries once it’s time to replace. Zero maintenance, they charge much faster than lead acid, and have a longer run time.

I got an Icon L40 … I don’t have any squeaks but when I am in the cart myself I get a banging noise coming from the back when hitting bumps. When I have a passenger I really doesn’t happen .. I guessing from the extra weight. Have you run across this issue.
Terrific video, most of my ICON L6 Squeaks come from those 2 rear upright poles. I’ve put the WD Silicon spray on most all areas as well as make sure all nuts and bolts are secured.
