If you like travel, music and fun facts - you're in the right place! 😉
Hi there, I'm Léda (pronounced Lay-da) 👋 Thanks so much for stopping by! I've been traveling since I was 4 months old and have since visited 86 countries across 6 continents. I've also lived in Auckland - New Zealand, New York City, London and my hometown of Montréal - Canada where I am currently based.
I've always been so interested in documenting my travels and being able to share my experiences and tips with others, but it wasn't until the world stopped turning during the pandemic that I decided to create this channel to do just that - starting with filming my impromptu (and let's face it irresponsible) move to London in October of 2020.
You never know where you might find me next, but I hope you hop on for the ride ✈️

Thank you for your input!! I've never met anyone who has been to Negril that didn't immediately want to plan another vacation back! I hope you can return to paradise someday too :)
Would have liked to see final account when u got all this home - plus cost of individual items - if u live overseas it’s good to have individual comparisons - used to work in Waitrose at night stacking shelves whilst on holidays in UK - never realised it was so ‘upmarket’ - oh my. !!
It was in late July 2022. www.airbnb.com/rooms/24391720?check_in=2024-07-15&check_out=2024-07-20&guests=1&adults=1&s=67&unique_share_id=7529c591-1070-4bb9-bdc4-b7b0e810798f
Thank you so much for the video me my sister and my two brothers and my sister’s daughter (my niece) are visiting Toronto in a month and I really want to know what I need to do not to get scammed
You re commended Charela Inn, Negril, I think I would like it. Do you know if there are possibilities to go für dinner around Charela Inn without car? Is there streetfood to find?
Hi! Yes it is possible, although not recommended to walk along the beach or road at night. It would probably be best to take a taxi and you can get them for quite cheap (less than $5). All the hotels around Charela have restaurants, but I must say Charelas has very good food, probably the best in the area around it. In terms of street food, Best in The West is right across the street from Charela and has great local street food like jerk chicken, curry goat and lobster.
Two Questions: 1) Did you both drive? Or fly into the 6... 2) Did you guys get Canadian dollars prior to going, or once you got there? Or did you guys use a card the whole time? Im soooo nervous about planning this trip.
1. We drove, but I often take the train! It’s only 5 hours from my hometown (Montreal) and it’s less of a hassle than flying, and you can roam around, work or read! 2. I’m Canadian so I don’t have to convert my money. I suggest taking out some cash, but almost all businesses take cards. If you don’t want insane conversion fees I highly recommend getting a Wise card where you can hold multiple currencies! It’s free, low fees and is Apple Pay compatible!
I JUST looked up the CN Tower before watching your video... YES those tickets are crazy expensive! Reminds me of the Space Needle in Seattle in terms of pricing and display
Completely. If you’ve been up the space needle, in my opinion, the CN Tower would not be worth it… spend your money on a nice meal or other activities instead!
@@ladonna2u742 It increasingly looks like my wife and I should head for Negril rather than anywhere else if we want to try a quiet relaxed first visit in Jamaica, including getting to know the country.
