I will have either plain oatmeal or cream of wheat topped on each cereal blueberries. Blueberries are very healthy for you. Nothing else. Okay yes a healthy juice & coffee. I put almond milk in my cereal & coffee.
3:29....Its amazing how many adults ignore this. We eat the same thing, how come we're not the same size? Genetics, right. 👀👀👀👀 Because one of us also does an additional 90 minutes of cardio outside of our daily work life.
These meals all look good. I’m excited to try the breakfast sweet potatoes. I would enjoy eating that after my morning workout. I do plan to try making the butter chicken and the squash soup as well. Thanks for the recipes.
I am new to your channel. new subscriber. I came here because later today when I do my food shopping I am thinking about trying Aldi for the 1st time. since I have been hearing a lot over the last 3 years that they are cheaper then trader joes that I normally shop at,.
Thank you! Our doctor suggested going gluten-free and low-carb when possible. It is truly sad that you can buy a loaf of bread for two dollars that taste wonderful, or a loaf of gluten-free bread for almost 7 dollars that taste like, well, crap. You have saved us a lot of money by narrowing down our choices. You are awesome!
I like your style /no long ,drawn-out story about there was a squirrel in my window ,made me think of squash etc.what's the diff in butternut squash verses honeynut squash ? really , you get right to the point! great job , music fits too!
I just halved mine, put it face down in a glass baking dish with a little bit of water and baked the halves at 400 degrees for 65 minutes, piercing the skin with a fork......they came out perfect and I added butter and brown sugar. Mmm....yummy! Thanks for the tips
Thanks for sharing this video but there is problem when I start to boil it become chena means form into solids. Taste also change and no longer use for tea and coffee
Most people don't eat cereal morning, noon, and night. Eat what you want, everything in moderation. Sugar cereal wont kill you if you eat it on occasion.
The reason you cannot lose weight with diet and exercise is simply because, they do not work. If they DID work, the fat people would have adopted them 50 or 60 years ago and today, there would be no such thing as a fat person. They would have all lost their weight. Fat people have no way to lose their weight, or prevent it from coming on in the first place. This is the very reasons why, they are fat and continue to remain so
