It worked well for GT since the portal helped them beat FSU. As a matter of fact it’s statistically likely it’ll work out for whoever wins the National Championship this year since every Power 4 team uses it to some extent except for Clemson🤡

Mykel Williams will be playing a lot more outside rush this season. Think that will be difference with UGA defense this season. It won’t be pressure up the middle you are expecting from the tackles that lacked last season. It will be off the edges and fast depending on their inside LBs to shoot gaps.

Uncle Lou is correct. Our DL is suspect especially when two of the main stays from last year will be on the DL again this year. I hope some of the new players will step up and play well. Unfortunately, I believe the DL will get gashed a couple of times from Mafah. The DL and the secondary for UGA is suspect. I hope they rise to the challenge.
Over the past three years, the only team that has beaten Georgia is Alabama. Clemson lost four games in 2023, which is more losses than Georgia had cumulatively from 2021-2023...
It was the first year with the new coordinator we had no down field playmakers so our explosive plays was like 120 so it took us longer to score and since we had to run more plays we turned over the ball a lot that’s why we lost but know that we know playmakers we will be back
You literally just admitted that Cade will never be elite (Watson or Trevor). If we know he'll never reach that next level, why on earth would we keep him at QB when we have a guy that showed potential for an elite level of play in the spring game? Cade does not have the game awareness that Trent displayed. Trent is by far our best option. I also cant believe y'all just made the "hes starting for a reason" argument after we just went through a year of DJ as the starter.
2:48 This has been the conversation in my barber shop for the past two seasons now. Dabo got Clemson out there looking like BYU south. I don’t want to see Peyton Streko, Clay Swinney, Hamp Greene, Hampton Earle, etc… playing this season unless we’re up by 40. I also don’t want to see Venables and Turner playing over more talented guys.
I feel like we potentially could have a better WR room than UGA, two 5 stars returning if I’m not mistaken and two new 5 stars, if you can’t name our WR it’s not cause they aren’t good, it is because you don’t care to do your research lol.

For the type of offense that CU would like to execute it requires a true dual threat quarterback…DJ wasn’t a good runner and Cade has potential but he doesn’t react quickly enough to evade tackles

If our offense doesn't get it turned around this season I think we gotta look at bringing in a guy like JaMarcus Shepard to coach the receivers and Tony Alford to coach the running backs.
Crazy thing is, in the Kentucky game we went back to the GT counter stuff and our guys could actually execute it then. Matt Luke showed how good of a coach he really is because they looked comfortable in the run game and comfortable running that counter stuff even just being coach by him for 2-3 weeks.

Cade was playing with only a couple WR’s that were dependable due to injuries and the O-Line was also handicapped with injuries and poor coaching. Cade was sacked many times that was the O-line’s failure and Cade just tried too hard. He needs time to make reads and gain confidence.
@@NoHaBi02 My point is give Cade all the players in a healthy WR room and better O-line protection then we can better judge this young man’s performance.
watson competed against cole stoudt, lawrence competed against bryant/hunter johnson, neither had much competition evident by both starting as true freshman
