I got my truck from Minnesota, its paid for. I have the tile but it’s not a Georgia title. I need it transferred into my LLC. The lady at the local tax office told me to send it to Georgia Department of revenue, and they would swap it when they did my iRP account
I have only purchased a truck. Do I need to wait until I get a trailer before I do this and put both Vin numbers in this D section so that I get a plates for the truck and trailer? Also should I write 80k in C section under every state even if I don't don't where all I'm going yet? Does it cost more to just write it in every blank?

Hi thanks for this valuable information. I had an MC and DOT before 2018. I’ve been inactive for over 5 years. I wanted to know if it’s possible for me to register a new s-corp with a different name and EIN and still use the old MC number?
It’s possible I just did it. Old MC new USDOT. But with the rate’s being low and fuel prices rising it’s best to be a driver until it gets better. I bought a 2018 freighliner in 2021 when truck prices were still high. Too late for me now just gotta roll with the punches.
